This is my second Canon Powershot. I loved the first one so much that I upgraded to a newer one. The only drawback is that it's a bit heavy. I really like the way the colors come out on the pix. The zoom could be better, but I really didn't want to spend a lot extra just for that. I can always zoom and crop the photos it takes.

I bought this camera to take vacation pictures and photograph some items to sell. To date I have only used the auto focus functions, but my pictures have turned out very nice. I can't wait the learn how to use it to potential. A little hard to use the long zoom without a tripod.

This camera produces decent images for the price, but lacks the features in a more expensive camera. The onscreen menus are confusing, and the wheel settings are not intuitive. Image stabilization is also fairly weak. However, at under $200 you get what you pay for.

Can be used as a simple point and shoot or has settings for more advanced shooting. Love the Movie "Digest" feature. You can upload directly to web via wi-fi or sync it with another device. Only issue is Battery level doesn't always appear to be accurate.

This camera was perfect for me because I wanted as much automated as possible. I don't have time to read a lot of the manual. My only issue the size requires an additional purchase of a carrying case - but it's all good.

I found this camera to be all that it promises in the description! I like everything about the camera but I think that I would prefer a smaller version! I'm planning a vacation in the fall and I need a camera that's even smaller than this one! That is why I am returning to you!

I already own a Canon EOS DSLR and a Canon ELPH 150IS. This camera is at a midpoint in size between the others I own and the 50X zoom lense is a greater range. Super for taking pictures of my grandkids doing sports and on-stage school activities.

Purchased for a European cruise especially the 50 zoom.. Found the camera to bulky for use on tours and transport on airplane, Since I was gone for five weeks, I could not return but would have bought a pocket camera with highest zoom feature available.

Exactly what I was looking for to have at the house. Somewhat heavy to carry everyday but if it’s just occasionally, perfect camera.

I have an old Nikon DSLR 5000 ( i think that's the model number) and i was getting tired of carrying it around when we went on trips. Decided to get this smaller form factor. For what we use it it does the job.

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKE CANON POWERSHOTS. MY BIGGEST THING WITH THE CAMERA I NEEDED WAS CONTINUOUS SHOOTING MODE. NOT ALL CAMERAS HAVE THIS AND SOME HAVE DELAYS BETWEEN SHOTS. THIS IS GREAT AND I AM STILL KEEPING MY OLD SURESHOTS AS BACKUPS.
