Good camera for the price but lacking a little in picture quality.i would recommend to the person with a tight budget.

Bought for my daughter who was interested in photography. It is OK but I find it a bit slow.

I was going to a wedding and at the last minute brought this camera. If it's on Auto and dark it really doesn't take great pictures.

I purchased this camera to take on a trip to Asia. I was hoping that the long zoom on this camera would be a good replacement for my heavy DSLR and multiple lenses that I usually take with me. I did a couple of short trial sessions in my home and backyard and everything seemed fine. However, the first day on my trip, the camera started to malfunction. Every time I tried to zoom, even just a little bit, the screen would go to black and I would get a message about lens zoom error and the camera would shut down. The camera was brand new and I kept it in a padded case the whole time so it's not like there was dust or dirt stuck in the lens. I have never dropped the camera either. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. Best Buy agreed that it was a problem with my camera and I was luckily able to return it. I decided against trying again. I didn't like that it doesn't have a view finder. I could barely see the screen to take a picture in both bright and partial sunlight. The picture was very shaky, even when attempting to do a mid range zoom. Overall, I had a poor experience with this camera.

This camera takes decent pics for a starter. We were able to get great pics of the moon.

Works well. A little noise in zoomed in images. Has f stop limitations but for a point and shoot it's okay.

I expected better quality. I'm used to Nikon, but Nikon models not available so I settled on a Canon.

I purchased this camera because I wanted a better quality camera than the one on my phone. This camera did not compare to my phone camera. The pictures I took left the sky washed out by light instead of showing the beauty of the clouds. I ended up taking it back and purchasing a different camera.

Not my favorite camera. Like other camera better than this.
