Didn't come with the cord needed to download photos to computer.

Great range of options for taking pictures at ball games, outdoors, indoors, etc. Love the ease of point and shoot. It has a very comfortable non-slip grip. Picture quality is good, long battery life, and great sale price.

I liked my first usage which was for my wedding recommencement

I purchased this camera on February 28, 2019 . Excited to take it on my vacation. While on vacation the camera stopped working. Exactly on March 19th. Best Buy only gives you 15 days to exchange or return product. So I’m extremely upset that now i have to deal with Canon directly. I have to return the camera to them in Virginia, pay the shipping and handling with my own money and hoping that after they fix it it will be okay. Buy another camera ! Very upsetting. I read reviews of other people with the same problem (the lens) they keep sending the camera to Canon, they fix it and then it breaks again. Wow forget about buying anything Canon again!!! What a waste of money .

Cell phone honestly takes better photos and Video.

We use cameras to perform home inspections and we needed to documents our findings. The focus for this camera is lousy and it is fragile, at two months it was already falling apart

My husband purchased this camera for me because I wanted a camera that easy to use and takes great pictures. This camera does not fit the bill and was quite expensive. I do not recommend it.

Two issues --canon wifi is not yet compatible with iPhones & are working on a software patch to solve the issue (not useful on this x-country vacation). --"lens error" disabling camera cannot be fixed in house. I must contact Canon to send camera in to be fixed. I have had this camera 3wks and not misused it in any way. Per the web, many complaints about this exact issue. In short, this camera is useless to me mid-vacation. Staff at Best Buy offered no solutions or assistance. Poor purchase. Bought a SONY camera to see us through... waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

at purchase told would set up and show how to use it never happened person I got know computers not cameras ... I made the appt. telling them it was for the camera... called some one from camera dept... 1 hr later ... not answers I left ... 2 months later not using camera correctly ... read the book ... I do better with some one showing me Camera dept to busy to help ... Suggest you get a simpler camera or be a better reader of the book than I am ..... Not pleased with Best Buy now.....thinking of returning camera ....

I'm not a great photographer, so I take part of the blame, but the pictures I take with this camera are not very good. I take better pictures on my cell phone.

It was a disappointment it did not do well at night as stated I bought it specifically to use on vacation We wound up using my apple phone as it took better pictures

I bought it before I went on European vacation. It performed well while in vacation except it was difficult and at times impossible to view the screen in sunlight. Two weeks ago before I left to volunteer for Harvey victims I took it out to use. Battery wouldn't charge so purchased new one. Camera still doesn't work. I am hoping to return it for replacement. Stay tuned for results.

Bought to be able to take pictures at my child’s sporting events near and far. This came is ok. I would spend a bit more to get a better camera next time

The zoom is too shaky. In all honestly my iPhone can take better photos with low noise and way better video. Oh well. This cameras parts are already 5 years old.

Bought this to replace my a much moe expensive Canon that I lost. This camera was not very expensive but did not offer the controls I needed.

The camera looks very fancy, but the picture quality is not good; we return it to the store after 3 days.

for the money the Nikon d3300 was a better deal - can do more and better options for growth (bought for my daughter)
