battery takes 6-10 pictures dies after 5-10 min!! even after new battery!!

My phone took better pictures. I was very disappointed in this purchase.

The picture on this camera is garbagep. My husband spent $400 not worth it

We did a lot of research before purchasing this camera. We needed something that wasn't quite a Pro camera but took better pictures than our current point-and-shoot. This fits the bill perfectly for us, easy to use and has the features we need. The wifi feature is awesome. We need this camera to take stills with the camera on a tripod. Being able to zoom and press the shutter from an iPhone is fantastic, plus you can transfer the images without wires. Highly recommend this camera.

I have been looking for a continue shot camera and this is really the greatest.i love taking sky shots from my window facing the long island sounds and this is the absolute greatest.the price was awesome and I will soon be posting pictures.anyone would love to be the owner.

This is my second Powershot and the quality of the camera is great. But be warned, the camera does not ship with a cable for downloading your photos. I use the cable from my older model. The wifi feature with the camera is useless. When I first tried to set it up I got messages about Canon's server being down for a few days (!). I tried again today and lost 30+ minutes dealing with this imaginary feature. I love the camera, but make sure you have a cable to download photos. Canon's wireless feature won't work.

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she really enjoys using the camera and loves the pictures it takes.

Picked this camera up for my wife before a trip. It takes great pictures and it's not to big to carry. Got a small carry case as well, and all easily fits into a backpack. Great alternative if you don't want to be restricted to phone pics.

We bought this camera for my 12 year daughter for Christmas. She wanted to start taking photos of nature and things as a hobby. It is a great camera for a beginner. Lots of different settings. She likes them zoom in and out option.

This was purchased for an easy to use camera for a group. After playing with it, it hold true to Canon quality. Very easy to use and has some easy, fun features.

I got this camera cause i needed a vlogging camera, in sunlight the camera was great but like most cameras, low light was very very poor quality. My GS6 camera takes better video in low light. I recorded a couple videos for my channel in my verry well lighted basement but the quality just wasn't there. in sunlight the camera is great and has a great image stabilizer but if you are planning on taking indoor video or pictures, this camera isn't for you.

This Canon camera is perfect for long distance photography and somewhat compact.

In many ways this is an excellent camera but it has 2 weaknesses, one that is obvious and one that is not. The camera really needs an electronic viewfinder. I use this for shooting birds and the absences of a view finder makes it harder to use, but that isn't the reason for the lower rating. The real issue is the batter life. The battery life is relatively low and if you use this camera every day, you will probably need to recharge the battery every day. The extra features such as wi-fi become useless without a bit more power. With that caveat I would recommend this camera. Canon does sell and AC adapter and does sell extra batteries, but that adds to the real cost of the camera.

Takes great pictures easy of use was better than a camera I got at a pawn shop

I bought this camera for a trip. It has performed amazingly and has been very durable so far which is a plus. I'm still having a little trouble learning some of the features but mainly that's because I've never had a Canon. I think I just need to sit down and play with every feature and button. The picture quality has been amazing.

i have never seen a camera for this low price from best buy, it has high zoom and megapixel range allowing us to capture our perfect moments without blurr. i bought this for my friend and now i am going to tae one for me.....
