This camera takes nice pictures. We bought it on sale, so it was worth the money. My daughter took it camping in Yellowstone and the cold temperature one night depleted the battery. Hoping the battery will continue to hold a charge.

I purchased this for taking pictures of the quilts I make and needed something that would give a quality picture. I also wanted to use it in my free time for taking pictures of wildlife such as birds and four-legged creatures at a distance. The 50X zoom does just that without lens changes! Just what I needed.

The Canon is proving to be a very good purchase. I've taken Christmas pictures of both families and all have been very good and the whole family has remarked how well the photos came out. No Red Eye, No Blur and everyone is in the picture as the Camera indicated in the viewing screen. Good quality.

I got this camera for my tech-challenged elderly mother and she loves it. She is learning about the bells and whistles at her own pace, but she was immediately able to do the basics of taking and saving pictures.

Camera does a good job with action shots. A little difficult to navigate the options but once I got the hang of it I was able to take great pictures. Definitely a good camera.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the photos this camera takes and all the things that it is capable of doing. I am not a high tech type of person so I will admit that It as was just a little bit intimidating for me at first but with a few minutes of reading , most of it came to me pretty easily along with playing with it a bit. I don't use it a lot yet as I'm not a huge picture taker so I have not yet learned everything that this camera is capable of yet but I am sure that I will have fun with the ease of the camera and learning more about it.
