This was the exact camera i was looking for. My husband and i like to visit various zoos in our travels, and this one, with the zoom, gets in there and gets great pictures of the animals even when they're not up close. Easy to use also.

Great pictures and video. Sun glare can ruin the view of what you're trying to see in the digital view finder. It becomes reflective in sunlight and your eyeball and face reflection is all you see. With some uncomfortable gymnastics you can shield the sun sometimes-but it's not cool. Better if this camera had a dual digital and lens view finder system so lighting conditions weren't an obstacle to taking a good picture

The price was this was great. This was a purchase for a business that I work at, and everyone loves the quality that is coming out of this. Great looking photos if you're looking for a more then standard camera, but not spending an arm and a leg. Highly recommended.

I've downsized from a digital SLR and love it! Excellent zoom. Not quite all of the SLR features, but that was expected going into the purchase. Has many of them though. Perfect clarity and light as a feather.
