I admit we did a lot of reading before buying.

This is the 3rd point and shoot cameras we have owned in the last 15 years or so. Point and shoot compacts can easily get damaged carrying through National Park trips, trips abroad and vacations in general. Haven’t used this one much since the purchase but plan to do so. I am impressed at what this camera is built to do. Best Buy is my place to shop for items like this.
