Not a starter camera

Although this one is still a point and shoot, there are quite a few features that I am still learning how to use. It is a little heavier around my neck than I expected, but I really like where the on/off switch and shoot buttons are. They are more conveniently located that my first camera. I have noticed it takes a while for the lens to zoom and focus.

Great camera for beginners!

It was used extensively, we took over 1300 photos during the two weeks. The shots were both close up and telephoto shots. For the most part, I have no real complaints. Initial problems were mostly due to not familiarizing myself with the camera when I first got it. For me, the on-off switch is small for my large hands.
