In depth review. I absolutely love this camera. Was just what I wanted for taking pictures of birds at feeder. One thing I would suggest would be to go and watch some videos to make some very basic setting changes to get you off auto settings. The pictures are amazing and camera was easy to set up. I love the remote feature with the android app. You can transfer photos and my favorite part is you can take picture remotely. I have certain birds that are more skittish so I set up camera and took pictures from inside. Was able to get some great action shots by adjusting shutter speed and using continuous shooting mode. Image stabilization works great for handheld shots. 50X zoom gets you close to the action. The negatives would be that, especially with wifi on, it will go through batteries faster so buy some extras. Another is that wifi signal from camera for remote shooting is limited to about 7 or 8 yards. If using to just keep camera steady that isn't an issue. One last negative would be that you have to take camera off tripod to change battery. I haven't done videos so can't say how good that is.

Very simple and fun. I love the size i got it at best buy carside pickup because or covid I wanted a new hobby to keep me sane during these boring time. So thank you great price to stay on budget and lovely shots. Owned for like a week

I was able to get another camera like i had , But this gets me a few more pixels then i had before. I enjoy a lot of wildlife pics and i have to shoot for my job ! so getting this camera was a god send. Easy to use and grip. In my daily job i have to shoot pics for my clients that then company sends me and i've had great success doing that with this camrea.

I bought this camera because of the optical zoom feature 50X and for the fact that I didn’t want a DSLR camera. It has been an amazing camera and a I’ve only scratched the surface of what it is capable of..Can’t wait to push the limits with this Canon.

Phenomenal camera! The 50x optical lens takes amazingly sharp photos. I captured a bald eagle on a beach and you’d think I was standing two feet from him. For a point and shoot, this is a great camera. (Also have a Nikon SLR with many lenses but bought this for quick shots and ease of travel).

Bought this to take pics ay our wedding and it did a great job all the pictures turned out amazing. I would highly recommend this camera cause its easy to use but takes great pics.

I purchased this camera before making a trip to the Badlands National Park. I was not disappointed! The 50X zoom is incredible without having to change lenses. While I am still learning the various features of the camera, I was able to try various features and was very happy with my results.

I love my camera. I wanted one with a disconnecting lends but this is hands down the best thing next to that. The zoom is incredible. The pictures are clear. Good for people with a little experience in photography and wanting to upgrade.

Great camera for the casual photographer. I bought this for my wife as a birthday gift. She loves to take pictures in nature while hiking. She loves this camera. Nice pictures for cost. Need to hold steady for zoom but does the trick.

This camera is easy to use and takes good photos. As with all modern cameras, there are many shooting options few will ever use. Basic automatic mode works for most shots.

This camera is easy to use and pictures are beautifully clear with its 20.3 mega pixes.With the 50x optical zoom, objects come in very close. The only negative that I have is that there isn't a view finder, only a screen. I have to get used to using the screen. The camera is light weight, using a flat battery.
