Of course, it lacks upgraded features of DSLR, but it is the best camera compared to all of my mobile phones. If someone does not have an expensive phone like iPhone and wants to make really good pictures, this digital camera is great.

1 year later: still works like new.

Still works like new and almost looks like new as well. I bought a bulky Fuji camera 2 years ago that cost more, is very heavy, doesn't fit in pocket and doesn't do video. I am not sure that the newer models are better than this one, since I don't wi-fi -- It's easier to just plug it into usb cable, then it charges up while I download pics.
