    Great Little Camera

I love the features and convenience of this little camera. It fits in a pocket or purse so it's easy to take anywhere, and the quality of the photos is excellent. The 25x zoom combined with portability makes it a great option when taking a big camera kit would be inconvenient. As my computer has an SD card reader, transferring photos is also easy. One caveat: the function-set button is quite small; I find this a minor inconvenience but it might be an issue for some users. I am very happy with this purchase.

I went in to get my usual Nikon camera...that wasn't available, so I ended up with this one! Glad I did...great photos, easy to use and a long life battery. All pluses here.

This camera is just what I needed. Something small enough to take along when my full-size camera would be too bulky. It takes better photos than my phone and is easier to use and has more features and controls.

I love that this camera is small enough to fit in my pocket and the zoom is long enough to catch things from quite a distance! Easy to use and very self explanatory.

Have had Canon cameras in the past & this doesn't disappoint. Small, so easy to carry. Takes great pictures. Wish it had auto flash instead of having to manually open.

I am a home home inspector so this camera is a tool for me. The quality of the photos are pretty good. The auto focus works well unless you are within 1.5 feet away from the subject you are capturing. The zoom is adequate but the digital zoom gets grainy as well as shaky. The wireless function is easy to use and reasonably quick when transferring photos to a mobile device. The body is aluminum and pretty durable (i have dropped it many times) and works as intended. I would definitely buy again.

This is a GREAT camera and given the small size it is perfect for pocket or purse yet has the Features and Quality of a much larger camera. And with a 20MP and 25 X Zoom it even has many larger cameras beat.

Does not auto focus at higher zoom levels, no manual zoom focus. Frustrating when you buy this camera FOR the long zoom. Camera emits a low ping when refocusing, enough to scare wildlife. In good light close pictures look great. Nice size and weight if it worked. Return period ended at 15 days NOT 30, so got screwed on the return.

The Power shot SX620 is a true HD video and HiDef still camera in a small package . It has a large 1 7/8 x 2 5/8 rear display and manual pop-up flash. The Rechargeable 1250 mAh battery lasts thru more than 90 mins of Hi-def recorded video and 175 plus pictures and takes about 2 hours to recharge with the supplied charger. Spare Canon (original) batteries run about 50 dollars. The zoom lens is up close and personal to a staggering 25X zoom. I Use the San Disk Ultra Plus SDHC UHS-I memory card which is usually on sale for less than $20.00. Download your pictures and video via the included micro USB to USB cable or wirelessly to your local computer or printer.

I had the Canon SX610 HS and needed a replacement. This is the same camera with a larger zoom than the 610. Same size, same menu and functions. Good price. It's also small enough for travel and slipping in my pocket. The higher models of the 730 and 740 have more zoom and have the flip up screen for easy selfies which I really liked but they are bigger and wider so harder to carry in my hand and pocket which is important to me when traveling to Europe. So for that I would recommend this 620.

The photos and videos all look good. I purchased this small camera so I could carry it with me always. I mainly wanted a small video camera. This does the trick. Now, for the software. I have struggled to get the camera to upload the pictures/videos to there program or to connect to my computer wirelessly. I can't make it work. I am back to reading the card when it is plugged into my computer. The camera gets a 5 star, the software gets a 3 star. Average 4 star.
