I purchased this camera to replace my Sony DSC-H10 which I have used for many years. I was sad when the flash died on it because it took beautiful pictures. The Canon is very easy to operate and has a comfortable feel to it. The pictures I have taken so far have been as good as the ones from my Sony and I am happy with this purchase.

Absolutely the worst Digital camera I have ever owned !!!!! I have used many digital cameras .... this is the first time I have used a Canon .... I have tried many different times to use this camera & I can not get very many unblurry pictures. Unfortunately when it was bought for me on Dec 21st, it was for a bday gift on Jan 10th & by the time I used it the first time it was past the 15 day return policy for bestbuy. It is not the camera I wanted but my husband was talked into it because it had a more powerful zoom & more megapixels. Now I have a 300.00 camera that doesn't work !!!!! I have gone through the settings many many times & it hasn't helped, & I do know how to use a camera. I have owned 3 point & shoot digitals before this Canon & also have a 1000.00+ Digital SLR that I use for my photography business. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA !!!!! What a waste of money ... will not but another camera at Bestbuy either since the sales people seem to only want to sell you the more expensive cameras though you came in for something else !!!!!

I keep hitting the record button in error. It's too close to the edge of the camera and interferes with photo shots. Too many steps to delete a photo.

The Canon - PowerShot SX 710 HS 20.3-megapixel Digital Camera- Red is one of the best cameras I have owned. I get very sharp images. The zoom range is much better than my DSLR. Recently, I was able to capture an awesome, detailed photo of the super moon. Another great feature of the PowerShot SX 710 is that it is WiFi enabled.

This turned out to be a wonderful gift for the winner of my company's anniversary party drawing. I saw it at work the next day.
