The picture quality was not great. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 took way better pictures. The only good thing was the wireless sharing feature. I was able to download all the pictures to my cellphone with no problem. I returned the camera after a week of use.

It is a simple digital camera and why when you have an iPhone 7

There are a lot of settings which take some time to figure out.

Good general use camera. Heavy and a bit bulkier than others.

I really like this camera because it's compact, easy to use, and has a good zoom. It has a great lens that always produce sharp images. The only thing I don't like is that the shutter malfunctioned and I was unable to get anyone to repair it since they don't make this model any more, so I have to manually operate the shutter

The wireless feature does not work. I’ve tried 25 times to set it up and it fails every time. So i now Have to save to an sd you card, eject, put it in my pc upload and save like its 1995......

The Canon PowerShot 720 HS has continued to amaze me in its ease of use, versatility, fantastic image quality and outstanding features. What I appreciate the most is how easy this camera is to learn and use. For most people it is straight forward and with a little extra time spent reviewing how to use the more complex features it will quickly become a go to vacation, friends tag along and family time camera. I continue to be amazed at how compact this camera is when the over lens length is taken into account. The zoom in and out is quick and having this be a true optical rather than a digital zoom allows for beautiful high resolution images. The built in image stabilization is a very nice feature. There are some very cool features I have yet to explore and look forward to seeing the power of this compact camera. The red is awesome.

I have the SX280HS and was looking forward to getting the newest model.. I wish I hadn't, the pictures are not as good and the new layout for the camera is not great.

Bought this camera to replace an older canon point and shoot. The pictures were not very sharp. Easy return at Best Buy. Got a Sony DSC HX80. Love it.

Worst camera ever owned. Never was able to take any pictures because the device as broken. Missed out on taking precious family pictures at family reunion the day after it was purchased. Contacted Canon to address quality control issue and received extremely poor customer service. My previous camera was a Canon that broke a little over the first year after purchasing it. Can't say I will ever purchase another Canon again.

Great for travel, I don't have to pack my full size camera

Not able to get a good picture on this camera. Every thing seems far away.

Bought this camera to replace Canon Sx700. (Took great pictures until dust got inside the lens) Image quality was poor. Detail not very sharp. I returned it and got a Sony DSC-HX80. I'm very happy with it.

I have always been a fan of canons powershot but I was a little disappointed with this model.
