worst notebook and customer service ever

I did talk to ASUS customer service, sent pictures, etc, by email more than 2 weeks ago... I'm still waiting a response from them. I wrote 4 email already and have no response. This is the worst experience in my entire life. I don't know what to do. Please help me in this situation. Regards

Perfect for my budget

I bought this during Black Friday sale and the bundle was just perfect for my budget. I love the bag, it's very spacious! I also found the basic controls dvd to be very helpful.

Auto focus was broken
