The t3i is an excellent camera. I upgraded from an xs and the difference in speed and image quality is definitely measureable. I am impressed with the features and ease of use even for amateur.

I've been watching the T3i and reading reviews on this camera for over a year. After using Canon PowerShot cameras for a number of years - and really appreciating their performance, I decided it was time to upgrade to a DSLR and just knew I wanted the T3i. I am NOT disappointed! I love using it - and am still learning how to do that. I find it easy to use and explore and it has greatly expanded my joy in photography!

This package is VERY good for a beginner, I would recommend it to someone starting out. I will need to invest in a better lense at some point, but good to start out with!

I bought this camera to give me something to do as I am retired as of May 2014, always wanted to take good pictures that I can share, also in the spring time I want to go to Sand Wash Basin to take pictures of the wild Mustangs and this camera will enable me to get good photos without getting to close to them, and by then I will know how to operate the camera to get the best shots possible.

We took 97 pictures for Christmas and are very happy with the results. The big test will be this fall when we take the camera to Glacier National Park!

Camera is fantastic, my wife and i have had lots of digital cameras but none of them compare to this one. Takes great pictures and fantastic action shots. The only problem is there are so many features that it takes a while to learn how to use all of them. If you're willing to put in the time and read the manual this camera is great

These are great beginner cameras. A great price for a bundle. A quality camera from a quality brand. You can't go wrong with this. I especially like the vari-angle LCD screen. Basically you're able to take photos and see it in whatever which way fit. It comes with its own carry bag which adds style. I love this thing!

The quality of these pictures are great. I'm a beginner photographer and don't know why people complain about the images they took. I bought a 128GB Sony Sd Card while taking continuous pictures and one of them is our family photo for our Christmas card to friends and family!
