Poor/Expensive Experience

They still refused a return or store credit. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said, “He’s going to tell you the same thing.” Never say that to a customer—what’s the point of a manager? FedEx wouldn’t accept the battery either, so I ended up spending nearly $200 for the correct $90 battery, plus more money on other items since I wasn’t allowed to return it. Extremely frustrating experience.
