Spare Battery for Canon R6

The others will work, albeit with fewer shots and no in-camera charging. Just get this one.

Extra Battery

Newest Canon battery available early at Best Buy

It was introduced with the R5/R6 but works with older cameras. I was surprised to find it at Best Buy when most other internet resellers did not have it in stock.

Overpriced But Not Best Buy's Fault

Rarely are Canon products discounted and this one wasn't either. It is still overpriced ($80) for a camera battery but that is Canon's fault, not Best Buy.

Long lasting battery for R5

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Get this genuine canon battery for your R cameras, super long lasting, have used it with my Canon R5 for over a year, lasts longer on a single charge, have couple of them as spare in my camera bag all the time and had to never use the spare as the battery in my cam lasts the entire session that I shoot.
