Broke after a handful of cycles. I bought it as a backup battery for my Canon R6, and it had less than 10 charging cycles over the 6 months period. Now, with this battery camera shows "Battery communication error. Does this battery display the Canon logo?". And only after it broke I realized it comes without any warranty. I don't blame anyone but myself, I had to check the warranty before the purchase. I just did non expect absolutely no warranty for original non-refurbished item, and that was my mistake.

Battery arrived without any charge. Looks like genuine Canon, but made in china. At $79.99 plus tax, you expect it to be made in Japan, not china.

It lasts as long as the original that came with my camara great for back up!

Not rating the battery poor, I’m rating the service poor Removed the battery from the packaging, fully charged it and started to use it after it was charged. Within 20 minutes of using it the battery short circuit and wasn’t operating anymore Took it back to Best Buy and they told me too bad, not their problem I hadn’t owned the battery 24 hours.

I've decided to end all business with Best Buy, I recently had a horrible shopping experience with Best Buy where the manager tried to make up fake rules to prevent me from buying equipment for work! Save your money and shop with vendors that do not treat you like garbage like Best Buy! Best Buy, I refuse to do business with you PERMANTLY!

Was sold this battery by the sales rep whom stated it was the new battery my camera called for. The battery did not work for my camera. I was unable to take photos during my vacation because of this error and the correct batter was actually 2/3 cheaper once I located and purchased it upon my return from vacation

Super long lasting battery - finished an entire photo session with half of this battery still left. I threw away all my off-brand batteries as they were essentially useless. These are expensive but I think going through a whole wedding shoot on one or two batteries as opposed to 8 or 9 is totally worth it.

In my experience, the Canon batteries used with Canon cameras work best and last the longest. I have used both as my company often requires me to purchase off-brands (understandably) to save money. But it's worth it to be these in my opinion. My work camera is a Canon R6 and I use these batteries.

Excellent Customer Service The first two batteries I received weren't working with my charger- one wouldn't charge at all and the other wouldn't hold the charge. I reached out to the seller- they were incredibly quick to respond and asked a lot of questions to help solve my problem. They sent two new batteries and a charger for me- they arrived very quickly. Both batteries fully charged and I've used them for several shoots with no problem now. Would definitely order again. Best Buy has the most affordable replacement batteries for Canon.
