    The product description by BEST BUY is not very accurate. The batteries are not included in the purchased price, however BEST BUY indicated YES for <Battery Included>. So be careful. The mopria app is not stable, have to restart the whole process after printing 4 photos.

    I did not pick this item up in time and it was automatically returned. I was not told at the time of purchase that automatically returning is Best Buy's standard way of dealing with merchandise not picked up within five days. Now that I do, I will order this again when it comes on sale. I think it will be a fine product when I get it. My co workers love their SELPHY.
