Unportable Printer

The paper tray sticks way out. The paper must travel in and out of the printer as the four color layers are applied, so it needs a sizable flat surface to sit on. My real problem is that it is supposed to be "portable" but does not come with a chargeable battery. Very disappointing.

Garbage

At first it was great. She printed only about 20 pictures over the course of a few days. The print quality was good and she was very pleased and excited to be able to print photos directly from her iPhone. We then encountered a false paper jam. Before trying to print a new picture, the printer said, "Paper Jam! To clear the jam: Turn the printer off and then back on again." There is no jam. Nothing we have attempted has been able to get passed this error.
