Average at best. Nothing special. Does what it says, but uses a lot of ink/cartridges so you will GO though lots of those!

This printer had horrible setup instructions. Exactly following them got us nowhere, We did finally get it to work but is not as user friendly as others we have had.

The concept is a nice idea, ive had this printer for Bout 3months and when im going to use it, i get n error message saying i need to ad correct paper which the correct photo paper is in the holder then i get another error i need to turn off n onthe printer so itll run it print. I get error message when theres photo paper but it will not print unless i put more which is really annoying

really cool, but kinda difficult to set up. Doesn't connect to laptop very easy. Super awesome for any selfies or pics on your phone that you want to print.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for son. He will be able to print photos from his phone.

Needed extras that were not included and never mentioned! Very disappointed that I couldn’t get everything needed at one time!

Convenient to print out prints from the phone anytime. Would say the quality of the photos when printed could be better.

The picture quality isn’t as great as I expected but overall pretty good item. You can probably get better quality at a lower price tho

I had to return this camera because it was not compatible with my iPhone and Nikon camera. It is a CP1300 but when looking up and trying to sync, it only show CP1200.

So the white version is always out of stock but finally was able to snag one when it became available and had it shipped to my house. Received it and right when I opened the shipping box, I noticed something was off since the box for the printer was bulging out the sides, was taped shut and was ripped right in front where the notch is to open the box. I cut the tape and opened the box, only to find a used printer inside, a manual with a date of 10/26/2020 written in ink right on the front cover and the power cables sloppily bundled together and thrown in the box. I called Best Buy and their solution was to offer me 10% off which I did not take since I wanted what I paid for, which is a brand new item and not something used. Printer was returned to Best Buy the next day and I’ll be getting one from somewhere else.

I was disappointed because it only prints five pictures before it runs out of ink.

the photo gets crop in a ways that haven't been chosen. not what was expecting for fast and accurate print.

Can’t expect much from this printer considering it was reasonably priced. But the prints were just so horrible. All the colors were off, printed everything too dark and looked nothing like the original photo. Even after toying with and adjusting every color setting, the prints were still so off in color. Returned the item immediately. Will continue to print photos at Walgreens until I can find an alternative.

Always lived the Canon products but this one was a project. Limited information given, and I am very literate with electronics. The fact that your photo goes in and out three times while it adds the colors to it is awful. The images come out much darker than the original. I got tired of wasting ink and having to lighten each photo sob i habe reverted back to printing of my printer. Much better copies.

This photo printer was a great idea but it was not something that I was used to so I returned it

I have no complaints about this product only that it comes with little refills.

I didn't realize when I bought this printer it didn't print true 4 x 6 photos. It also has tabs that have to be torn off leaving a jagged edge.

Not bad for a starter but wifi through network is not working only direct wifi works fine

I JUST got this printer yesterday. The first pictures I printed were pretty great. Until, the ink ribbon got stuck to the paper and ruined the whole film ribbon and piece of paper. Also, the printer disconnects to my phone after a few photos and my phone says "no printer available." Kind of disappointed, but when it works it's great.

I am not satisfied with this product at all. Nor the customer service experience that came with it. When I purchased this I asked to purchase all the items necessary to print hundreds of pictures and I was sold two boxes of additional picture paper and that was it. I was never informed that an additional cassette would be needed because a sample one is all that is included. Which only provides 7 prints. I don't want this product. But I am told I can not return it. I will not be buying any printers from bust buy unless I am purchasing online because the "expert" had no idea what they were talking about and now I am stuck with a printer that I can't use because cassettes are over priced and not anywhere practical. I want my money back.
