Thought this would be great to print pictures off of my iPad… very disappointed the quality is terrible. Coloring was off. Printed 1 picture off of this and printed the same picture off of my HP photo printer and there was a huge difference! My husband looked so pail in the picture printed off of the Canon Selphy CO1300. Thought the price was right but had to return it.

I really was disappointed with product, I have not had time to return it. It only did 2 prints before running out of ink. i could see 10 or 20 but not 2 I also tried to return my sons computer i bought last year or take it to be looked at by your geek sqwad but they said because it still had warranty they wouldn't even look at it. So i haven't returned it to the company because I only paid 100 dollars at Christmas for it and its 50 to ship back. So needless to say i'm not happy with your service, the products are not your fault, but your policies stink.

I have been downloading and deleting and everything else for this printer, would like something alittle bit easier I'm guessing. It would not upload or find my printer after I set the printer up? Spent at least 5hours trying to get this thing to work. Nope, no more, went to refund my money.

Paper jams. Ink did not last as instructed. It was a very frustrating experiment. I really wanted it to work because it was so easy to use

I tried to connect the printer, SELPHY CP1300 Wireless, and could not get it to print 4x6 pictures. I read the online directions, the printed guide that came with the printer and the printer menu guide. When I tried to return the printer I was told I was one day passed the return date. Now I have a printer I can't use and I was willing to trade it in for a more expensive printer.

Just my opinion, but I think it's a piece of junk which is why I'm purchasing a different brand this year. It kept saying wrong paper size no matter what I selected. Took it to the store multiple times but they couldn't figure it out either. I think I was able to print a total of 3 pictures with it

Horrible printer, was cheap, but you get what you. Might as well get your photos printed at the drugstore. The picture quality was poor.

Bought this printer for my daughter for Christmas so she could print photo quality pictures instantly versus waiting for them to be sent in. Printer was broken out of the box couldn't get it to work spend several hours troubleshooting it would turn on but you could not get it to work at all whatsoever. Took it back to Best Buy they could not figure it out so traded it in for an Epson photo quality printer very happy with that will do a review on that printer later

Photos turn out too dark and colors are grayish in tone. I thought I would love it because the reviews were good but I was wrong.

I'm beyond disappointed with this purchase, which is such a bummer because I was so excited about it initially. The app is useless and it's easier to print directly from AirPrint. You have to make all of your edits from your phone rather than the app anyway. The quality of the photo isn't any better than if you printed on a regular printer on cheap gloss paper. I might as well have thrown the $150+ spent on the printer and printing supplies directly in the trash.

This was clearly an open box unit. The Canon box had been torn, opened, and taped shut. Can not get the printer to connect to any device on our network. Finally, it uses a non-standard USB cable. Like the kind of cable you'd have seen 10 years ago. Not Micro. Not USB-C. Old school. And guess what? It doesn't come with said cable. Just irritating given the price point.

It’s ok for quick basic pictures. Really messes with the color and not for pics for family to display.

I attached this printer to a PC wirelessly. It never worked properly. When printing one copy it always fed and tried to print a second point that was blank. So it wasted a piece of photo paper every time it printed a photo. On my third try to print, the photo "ink" cartridge jammed and could not be removed. This device was returned to Best Buy the next day .

Had to return it because the paper was getting stuck. Unfortunate since I was buying it to replace a prior model that was faulty as well. The prior model would not recognize new ink cartridge even though it was also made by canon. Seems like it was a problem for others as well judging by the videos on how to fix the problem online.

I thought this would be super easy to use. It's not recognizing most of the pics I want to print. Can't get it to connect to anything.

Please don’t waste your money on this printer. The first day i purchased it, went home and tried it out. While the pictures were printing this would shut down in the middle of the job.I’ll give it 0 stars.

The ink that comes with printer is junk. Worked for about 2 pictures.

Had a higher expectation...photos printed with lines...poor print quality...tried multiple cartridges....got Lifeprint instead.

Was disappointed you couldn’t use just any 6x4 photo paper. It has to be a specific kind or the printer won’t print.
