Not good for professional use. Waste of money. Do not buy.

i do not know how this product works because i HAVE NOT RECIEVED it yet. i ordered it on December 1, 2020. I keep checking the tracking and it has not moved since 12/15 and says it is in transit. I think you need to use a different shipping company. This was a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed.

After I printed 5 photos, an alert message said "Ink cassette is empty!" Brand new ink should definitely not run out after only 5 photos. I tried troubleshooting, but a quick google search showed that this is a common error in Selphy printers and is the result of a design issue. Disappointing!

Purchased May 2021 and it already is not working. An ink/paper not found error. Very little use since purchase. Even bought another box of paper/ink to make sure it was not a defective box. Was used for pictures of dogs at a pet store only. Very disappointed.

I purchased this printer and took it out the country with me for holiday hoping I would be able to print photos and give them to family as gifts. The quality of the photo was horrible and the cartridges ran out so quickly. I was so embarrassed . Returning as soon as I get home.

You can find others out there that have toners more readily available when you need them.

Complicated. Can't connect. Brought back to store for help and still won't work at home

Was extremely excited for this printer so I could actually print and have my pictures. Upon entering cartridge, printed three pictures and the printer ate the cartridge, then broke. Was extremely disappointed.

Do not buy. I printed 3 pictures, crappy pictures, before it ran out of ink. What a waste of money. I'd be ashamed to sell this product to unsuspecting customers (victims)

I really wanted this printer to work for us. However, no matter what color adjustments I made, I never could get it to print a color accurate picture. I tried and tried but ended up returning. I have iPhone so maybe someone would have better luck with android phones.

A pain to set up. Not worth the hassle. Uses a lot of ink.

This machine did not work for me . It had a hard time connecting to my galaxy note 20. Then, once the sample pack used up, the replacement pack would not print. Error saying the paper was the wrong size. Very disappointing . I returned it to the store.

Quality sucks and cant return because over 14 days

I'm not happy with the printer and I bought several wrong inks for the machine, because it was not clear on your website. All purchases made was a bust for me. Not happy at all!

Doesn’t connect to the internet. Scheduled in house connection assistance but Best Buy refused to come to my house and connect it even though I have Total Care. Shame on you Best Buy!!!

Trying to figure out how to get money back! Worked great the first few times. Did not use it for about 2 months and when I tried to start it again it did not work. Would NOT recommend. Wish I had read the reviews before buying this one

Ok when it worked. Pictures are not very good quality. I had to take it back because it stopped working.
