This printer contrast is a bit too low. I tried adjusting it on the printer & even on my phone but the pictures come out faded & with a yellow ish tint like those old fashion pictures. My girlfriends think it cute & unique but I would like more color & contrast. It’s too bad because I really did love this printer

Disappointed about insufficient amount of paper that came with the printer. Should offer special price if someone wants to buy the pack of paper along with the printer as a package deal

The Selphy is a great concept, but it seems to jam quite often. I am on my third machine and this one recently jammed as well. The cartridge paper stuck to the wet ink on the paper while printing and it was very difficult to remove. After I removed it, the paper feeder got jammed. I turned off the machine and restarted it only to have the next paper jam as well! This one, as with the others, is going back to Best Buy. Thank goodness I took out the insurance!

It took us both a little bit of time to set up the printer, and we're both pretty tech savvy. It worked well once things were set up. We were both very disappointed with how quickly the ink cartridge ran out (we'd only printed 9 pictures). You cannot use regular 4x6 paper as the paper cartridge holds slightly less than 4" width-you can only use the postcard sized paper. In the specs it led us to believe that it took 4x6 paper. We do not feel that we got what we expected.

I only bought this so I could print pictures from my iPhone X. It does not print from iPhone X. I tried doing it wireless and I tried doing it wired. Apparently this is not compatible with iPhone X. It is a waste of my money and waste of my time and a waste of my efforts.
