Great Product

Bought it 1.5 months ago and a lot of printed photos later we like it so much, we decided to get another one...and Best Buy no longer carries it. But a quick Google search shows you can still get one from a number of other vendors or from Cannon direct.

Awesome little photo printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This printer is awesome, I take it out at get togethers with the family and parties at home and its always a hit, everyone takes family pictures and they print photos to take home... Great for DIY photo booths. I've noticed that the sharpness of the printed photos vary by the quality of the camera or phone. iphone X photos come out sharper than iphone 7 photos but they still look good.

It's really easy to use with an iPhone as once it is set up you can print directly to this printer from the iPhone's photos app. Additionally you can download and use the Selphy app to create different kinds of layouts to print. The main complaint I have, as others have noted as well, is that the print cartridge runs out before the photo paper does, but you have to buy the ink and paper together. So, as you buy refills for the printer, you're going to end up with a lot of extra paper. One tip I have for anyone with this printer is that if you think your pictures are printing out kind of "dull" then go into the printer settings and find the "My Colors" option and change it to "Vivid". This option doesn't seem to stick so you have to select it every time the printer turns on.

A must have

My only complaint is so my photos don't crop too well and sometimes I have people cut off. However I don't think that's related to the printer and more so a user issue. I'm still learning the settings but I would definitely purchase again. I like the wifi printing. Being able to send a picture to the printer directly from my printer is pretty neat.
