very quick and quiet very clear printing easy setup with wifi

This small unit works pretty well for it's size but have discovered that the pictures are not quite 4 x 6. Actually 3 15/16 x 5 13/16. Not a big deal, but also not 4 x 6 either as stated on the paper and ink box......would have given it an excellent except for the size discrepancy.

Got this for my elderly mother so she could easily print hard copy photos to have and to show. Set up was very easy, no complaints. Problem is that the whole photo does not print. Doesn't matter on some, but on many, peoples heads and sides are cut off. Canon support said that to fix the problem, print with a border. But that ends up giving a really small picture . (They said the border would be thin, but it is not). Probably will keep because of ease when it works, but we end up with a fair amount of wasted paper and ink.

I purchased this printer to be used to print photos at events. The first one didn't turn on , exchanged , second one worked for 110 prints, then said "paper jam" or "paper not set correctly" every single time I attempted to make a print , tried new paper new ink new tray...nothing ... Canon sent replacement ... Replacement did the same thing after 50 prints.... Another replacement... Same thing after only 10 prints.... Not only that but every attempt I make at printing a photo WASTES a sheet of ink even though absolutely nothing is printed onto the paper..... This product is a total and unreliable fail. Best to spend your money on a product that might work next year or next month for that matter!

I bought this at Christmas but didn't use it right away. Now I'm stuck with a $99.00 paperweight!!! It turns out that Canon does not support Mac OS so there are no drivers for this unit. If you have a Mac...STAY AWAY from Canon!
