My husband and I own our own photography business and bought this flash unit as an accessory to our Cannon 6D and 7D cameras. We love the way it works for close up candid shots and works especially well in low-light venues.

I purchased this flash because a fellow photographer has one and gets great results. It was well worth the purchase and now I have a starting point for a nice flash set up. I'd like to see future versions have buttons that are easier to operate and also for it to have "Master" flash capabilities. Maybe the new version will have an RT mode as well. Here's hoping. :)

i really like this flash, syncs easily to my t3i and it makes a world of difference in your photography. the fact that you can point it to where ever you need it to and it zooms as you zoom in with your lens.

I needed a speed lite on the fly, and also needed a quality one as mine broke and I was on my way to shoot a wedding. This is great! Lovely for ambient lite. The meter is good for not over exposing.

I really like it. It works great and pretty straight forward.

Love this speedlite ... love the many angles I can get with it so that I can point it to bounce light onto my subject. There not anything that I don't like about it. Great external flash.

This flash can keep up with my Canon EOS Rebel XSi. Very fast recharge time, the camera doesn't have to wait for it, even at 5 shots per second. It is a little bulky.

Very easy to use and has a quick flash response. The moveable flash light helps create more of a natural color look if you aren't wanting direct light on the subject.

The Canon Speedlite 430 EX II is perfect for when do sports photography of night time football and soccer games or indoors for volleyball and basketball games.

I got great shots with this new accessory, the different positions of the flash, make your pics look better not to bright or faces shine. I love it.

I've used this indoors at a graduation ceremony and outdoors at night. Incredibly simple to use with excellent results attached to my Canon Rebel t2i.
