Price is what made us buy this camera as well as features. We are pleased with our choice because our son is really enjoying it. His use for it is to record and then share on YouTube, and he is in love with it.

We have used it only once so far, but seems great. The only problem is that it could use better user's manual explaining all the options for shooting and for the on-screen icons. Touch screen is great though.

I bought this camera with the tripod. My son was able to video Christmas morning with my grandkids and then we could view it through his big screen television. You just have to purchase a bigger SD Card.

Since purchasing this item it has lived up to its name. It's simple and easy to use right out of the box. Gives great picture quality and sound quality. I use this to record a weekly event and am thinking of getting another one.

This is a great buy, I got it on sale and it's definitely worth the money. I suggest that everyone buy a tripod because it's so light it's difficult to keep it steady! The battery lasts a long time!

I have been in awe of how well this Canon camcorder works! The clarity of videos and photos are so professional, clear, and is multi-taskful. It also keeps your image steady for those with shakey hands too. I LOVE it!!!!

I got this to record my daughters high school soccer games....It is easy to use and small enough to fit in my purse....I ended up getting a tri pod to help me keep it staedy,,,so far I love this littel camcorder

I film a lot of high school basketball games and this camera is excellent at capturing the plays that I need to review later. The picture quality is excellant.

Havent had it that long or used it that much. Pretty light weight and the handstrap is nifty. Bought a 64gig sd card to go with it on sale

I purchased this camera for my grandson for Christmas. He is a musician and wanted a camera he could make music videos with. He has enjoyed using it and has made some private videos.

So far, so good. I've only used it a couple of times but I like the camera! I haven't figured out the picture setting as of yet, not sure what i'm doing wrong? Probably operator error! :-)

A good beginner camera, light weight and not that hard to operate. Once you understand what u can do with it thru the menu it's even better.
