So far this little camera has been really great! I use it to record all of my son's soccer games. The video quality is excellent and the features are nice. The one drawback is the charger port is very fragile. After the cable was plugged in a few times something inside the port broke and now the cable does not lock in. I have to jerryrig it every time I want it charged.

I'm not a pro with any camera but just wanted something to capture the memories of my kids and our family. I bought this to use for documenting activities at the community center. However the video quality is definitely 'camcorder' like. Its hard to explain but its very jumpy and focus is not always there and hunts to an extent. I was looking for something that at least with raw output would provide somewhat better video quality. We ended up returning this and just going with a DSLR

I love the fact that both pics and video are both on one card and can be entered into system without another software requirement. I still have to play with camera. Video cam is light and clarity is awesome. They have functions on this that I have yet to persue. Over all its a great little video cam.
