    This camera took great pictures and videos at my kids concerts. Audio was better than I thought it would be. The built in lens cap and better the built it reminder your lens maybe covered well smarter than this user. It's a buy for me that I am extremely happy with. If you are thinking you can't afford a decent camcorder and are saving for a 1200.00 one don't get those memories recorder today.

    I bought this camera for its robust time lapse features. It is so easy to select x2 x4 etc all the way to x1200 (1200 minutes will film a one minute movie. Coupled with 32GB of internal memory with a SD card slot I can tape many hours of time lapse in HD. Plus it is a full featured HD camera for all the family events, family skits etc.

    I usually buy Canon products, and I wasn't disappointed! I use it to film HD videos for YouTube. Easy to hook up to my HDTV and my desktop and laptop computer. Picture and sound is crystal clear.
