With 1080p at a max of 60fps, it's a good quality camera. Great for zooming in to far away scenes.

I own cameras that have a video button on them and most shoot good video but the sound is almost non-existent. The Canon Vixia solves that problem. I shot early morning scenes showing a flaming sunrise and was surprised to hear the sound of crows in the distant background. The Vixia does Sound and Video better than any of my cameras. BTW, the 57X optical zoom is really nice when you want to catch that object in the distance.

Only issue is I wish the micro phone was located somewhere else so it's not under a finger, but overall I'm extremely happy with the kind of video the cam corset takes.

This was an average camera. The settings were minimal, it was easy to use. The view is pretty zoomed, so it's easier to shoot things farther out. Overall wasn't too bad, but it was less quality than what I was looking for. Also, the video files this creates made it hard to edit without using a file converter which lost quality.

The video quality is very good and the touch screen is great.

Not much change from the previous model. But still a good camera. Added a wide lense to mine to record soccer games

I had a Panasonic camcorder with 3 cmos sensors. So I thought this camera with be a big let down. However, I can tell you that it has not been! In fact, the resolution has been better than expected even in moderately low light conditions like in a gymnasium. The quality was at or better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend this to any parents wanting to record their children's sporting events.

Great small camcorder for holding in one hand. Easy to carry and not hard to use.
