Overall fair. The stabilization takes time to focus.

Not impressed. Yes it’s cheap, but my iPhone shoots better videos.

Cheaply made, too small and it is hard to see on the screen what you are recording. Used it one time, I have not touched since then. Very disappointed. I wish I can exchange it for another model or brand.

The camera made a noise like something from the Twilight Zone on play back. Besides that it is virtually impossible to hold the camera steady and watch what you are filming . I returned it for my money back!!!

I was disappointed in the color and density of the video. Audio wasn’t able to pick up our’s children’s voices opening presents under tree at Christmas. Camera only 12ft away. Disappointed!

Breaks videos into 4Gb files, sure they can be put back together using software, however audio isn't smooth.

today I charged this new purchase for an hour and 1/2 then I went to my kindergarteners graduation not to even have it work. I am beyond angry.

This camera is far below canon's normal quality. To cheaply made... and too expensive for what you get. Was very disappointed.

When I bought at store It didn't come with memory card. However, later I see that it included memory card when bought online. Really disappointed.

It only came with the unit itself, DIDNT EVEN SAY IT.

Could not keep recording. It would stop multiple times.

There are so many options for cameras, so I was kinda worried about what I was gonna get. This camera is nice! Has a mic port, and works great with my tripod. Takes incredible pics and video in natural light. Very easy to use. Took me a LONG time to figure out how to get to the pics and vids on my computer. Need to connect by cable, then open the camera screen, then go into the pic or vid files, and then they show up on the computer. Easy to do now that I know how to do it. Only negative I've encountered so far would be really poor quality when it comes to lower light pics and video.

Even in sport mode, this camcorder can not shoot anything moving quickly at all. It just goes completely fuzzy and out of focus until whatever is moving slows down. Auto focus is painfully slow. It does a nice job of shooting nothing exciting, but forget about going on adventures or recording anything interesting with it.

Good entry level camera, budget friendly..........

I'm trying to download CameraWindow DC the software that comes with the camera. "THE SITE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE." The link www.canon.com/icpd from the PDF Instruction Manual - I clicked on Video Cameras - No software listed. I clicked on Professional Camcorders - No software listed. I clicked on everything on the page and got the same message - The site is currently unavailable... ALL access to Canon is UNAVAILABLE. No support, no contact info, nothing works!!

A 10 year old could have made a more better cam than this one. I could not paste my video files onto my computer since it would not allow it. So therefore I could not make continuous mini movies with it. And it does not work in my SD card reader device. It is overall a super horrible design. And the prompts on the screen vanish away so fast before you could make a selection.
