Good product. Very transportable so I can use anywhere at home and when I'm traveling. Reasonably priced.

Great durability. A lot of bands are weak and tend to break after many uses. These have stood the test of time. I would definitely suggest these for anybody looking to rehab any injury.

These aren't the kind of exercise bands I'm used to, but they are as described. They are thin (but strong!) rubber latex, and unusually wide. However, they are not very long bands – the light and medium strength bands are an appropriate length for me, but the heavy strength band (since it of course doesn't stretch as much) should be a few inches longer, in my view. It's not really that "heavy strength", but even so. They do smell like latex when first unpacking them, but it's not too strong. Overall, these bands do the job and met our expectations. I would recommend them if you're after moderate strength bands and don't mind them being a little short and wide. Personally, I would recommend a whole different style of band instead, the tubular "band" with handles on the end.

Light, medium, and heavy resistance. Great for PT at home.
