For those that have seen the marvel universe buy the Bluray. For those that are new to the Marvel cinematic universe buy the bluray. It has those extras that make it better than watching online. Further more this has an introduction that will make you want to buy it. For those that are not into super hero films, this is a great story of revenge and of betrayal and has a plot that really is compelling. The actors are getting better at bringing out their character's personality. WOW is all i can say. BUY IT

Not only is this more like an Avengers film with so many characters in it but the story, characters and acting is some of the best so far. The steelbook packaging is so well designed like fine art and the best part is the 3D disc that is included. Some 3D versions aren't so good but this is one that works. The special features are really good too and add a lot of depth to the film. The video & audio is top notch!

Although perhaps misnamed (might should have been an Avengers movie due to the extensive cast), there is no doubt that this is a story about Steve Rogers, and what does a man do to protect friends and family, no matter what others may think? What do you do when someone wants you to do something that you consider unethical and dishonorable? Not all would have chosen the path that Steve chooses in this movie, but there's no doubt it's worth watching to see what drives him to make the decision he does...

Great movie and an excellent addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

WOW! The greatest heroes of the MCU face off over personal rights, government oversight & long held grudges that need to be settled. Marvel completely raises the game for superhero films! A new standard has been set. The personal relationships & conflicts between the heroes is what truly sets this movie apart. The action is incredible! While the plot needs a few sketchy consequences to help it all come together, it is still fantastic. Zemo had a master plan. Best movie of 2016! Bring on Infinity War!

We are always seeking movies that will do well for the entire family. Captain America, Civil War, was nothing short of a great family film. It is packed with action adventure as well as its usual future lure of science fiction. In this movie we see two people who have been friends take different sides after a disagreement leaving the remaining team members with a decision of who's side to choose. An excellent way to introduce the concept of conflict resolution to your younger children who will definitely need this skill prior to entering middle school and many need it before. As we assess each person's reason and if it is the right thing to do. Of course this discussion will need to take place after the movie as your attention is held captive by all the action, stunts, and story line. A true recommendation for the whole family or for a private movie night for just yourself. A must see and a wonderful addition to your movie collection.

Captain America is 3/3. Civil War is the conclusion of a great trilogy

One of the best comic book movies made to date! The action is pretty much non-stop, with some comedic moments thrown throughout. The 15 minute fight between team Cap and team Iron Man is phenomenal! Seeing Spidey back home in the Marvel Universe is great, but the fight between Cap and Iron Man is just amazing and leaves you anxiously awaiting for the next movie to feature these characters. This steelbook captures the the intensity of the film, and is definitely recommended if you plan to pick this movie up!

4K looks great and movie is awesome, I just like Winter Soldier better

Hello dear reader, if you're not a fan of the so called Marvel Cinematic Universe aka MCU by now, then you won't be one after this movie. But for me as a long time comic book movie fan, this movie is a revelation. True it's not a war, it's more a high school like brawl of super heroes, but nevertheless I love this movie. I watched it several times at the movie and enjoyed it every time. So for me, one of the the movies of the year. Technically the disc is superior, like most of the recent Disney blu rays.

By far the best of the Marvel series so far. I wish the would have stuck a little closer to the comic story line but I liked how they made it relevant to the movie story line. The addition of spiderman made up for the fact that there were dozens of characters from the comics missing. The Captain America movies are almost more about Bucky with Cap as the Foreground character. Cap 1: Fall of Bucky, Cap 2: Return of Bucky, Cap 3: Bucky's Redemption. Sets up Beautifully for Black Panther. Can't wait

Another great steelbook to add to the collection I love the art work

In a movie filled with iconic Marvel super heroes where you'd expect the typical "good guys win the day" story THIS is far from that! Civil War explores the heroe's depth of emotions, struggles to reconcile with very human issues they face. Also included though are some excellent action sequences and tongue in cheek comic relief with Spiderman and Antman. It is not necessary to be up to speed with previous Marvel stories to enjoy this one so I'd highly recommend this DVD for everyone to enjoy!

I was very excited for the Civil War / Death of Captain American / Winter Soldier and so on story line to be in a movie. I kept waiting for all drama but they changed the comic story a lot so I was disappointed when I saw it in the theater. After a few months and getting to watch this at home I can take the movie for what is and enjoy it. It is pretty much Winter Soldier 2 with some of the Civil War drama, heros having to be held accountable for their actions. When you think of it, all the destruction they do while saving the world, they make a pretty big mess. Who insures them anyway? That said, I do like Vision and Black Panther, new Spidey is OK but how many times are they going to reboot him?! As for Aunt May, if you don't know already, I won't spoil it, but this isn't the Aunt May we grew up with. I don't know where Cap and the Avengers goes from here but SHIELD is dealing with the fall out of Civil War so that's cool.

4k is the only way to see this movie now! And the movie is awesome!

This movie from beginning to end is full of action and the storyline is believable in the Marvel universe with an ensemble cast of superheroes trying to figure their place in the world. One side thinks they should be under some type of governmental control after they suffer human casualties; whereas, the other side believes they should continue to be their own boss because governmental agencies have agendas that may differ than what is the real purpose for these superheroes getting together. Enjoy.

Politics and finger pointing lead the Avengers team to split into two and battle each other for leadership. Forced to chose with how to defend humanity with the government support or without. This creates permanent rift in the Avengers moving forward. I like this movie it feels more like an Avengers film with all the heroes cameo's This movie is non stop action packs al lot of intensity into the plot.

Civil War was one of Marvels best films to date. The Russo Brothers were able to pull off multiple character story lines and arcs with ease and it was never once confusing or muddled. The action scenes were great especially the big fight at the air port. The whole cast gave great performances. Highly recommended movie. This Best buy steelbook is awesome I love the art work. its simple yet attractive looking. If you can find one pick it up. Its well worth your money especially if you love steelbooks

What can one say about any Marvel movie that months of online chatter and word of mouth hasn't already communicated? It's a Cap-centric Avengers romp that simultaneously continues the story of The Winter Soldier, adds richness to Iron Man's personal history, and provides an excellent onscreen debut for Black Panther. The nominal villain is thin and has a plan overloaded with contingencies, but the movie is so much fun and the character motivations are so believable that it really doesn't matter.

So, to be honest I have all the movies because I wanted to have the entire collection. But this movie should have been called more of a mini avengers than capt civil war because it had so many avengers in the movie. Yes I get the whole civil war part... and don’t get me wrong i love the movie, just figure it’d be better as avengers civil war than anything. But highlights... lots of action, and missing pieces of the puzzle come to light in this movie. Still 5 stars!!!
