Cynically speaking, the whole mold that the latest Marvel movie creates, is a colossal set up that engenders subsequent sequels and solo outings in the ever expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe. The third for titular Captain America, "Civil War" is essentially the third Avengers film, starting with events happening a year after "Age of Ultron". That is not to say the film is mistakenly titled, because it still is, in all important aspects, a Captain America movie. It's just that, he isn't alone. The sheer size of this potential billion-dollar movie calls for an equally mammoth effort from sibling directors, Anthony and Joe Russo, who also both helmed Cap's previous film, Winter Soldier. Their deft maneuver results in a beautifully crafted cinematic piece, whose towering bravura, bestows the entire proceedings with striking depth and sentimentality, which may not be the first for the genre, but enough to make it Marvel's best film, to date.

Great movie, bought it while it was on sale, good check out experience.

Definitely my 2nd favorite out of the mcu but it looks so great in 4K!

This movie still holds up today, even though it was only released four years ago now. It's great to see these characters team up and battle on screen and to finally see Spider-Man join the MCU. I really enjoy all of the Captain America movies though I have a hard time deciding if I like this or the original movie more. The central plot of the movie has events of the previous movies as well as details added in this movie pinning the Avengers against each other as they face backlash from governments following the destruction that follows in their wake as they defend the world. The movie looks and sounds great with its upconverted 2K HDR10 release. There is a Dolby Vision version available through Movies Anywhere and providing you have a compatible device to play it on.

A pivotal movie in the MCU, that has been given a great upgrade to 4K.

The Captain America trilogy is some of the best UHD quality I've seen!

This is one of my favorite movies from the MCU, definitely a must see.
