I liked Civil War when I saw it in IMAX 3D, but I wasn't crazy about it. Then I bought this and watched it with a group of friends in 3D, and I loved it! Initially with so many expectations and hype it can be hard to get a grasp on a movie as a whole. There is real emotion here, real conflict, and great world/character building for the future of the MCU. The Russo Brothers were given a near impossible task (a similar one broke Joss Whedon) to set-up Infinity War, make a Captain America sequel, introduce two new Avengers, as well as a villain and minor characters that will return (i.e. Martin Freeman's Everett Ross). And they did it, really well, they made a great entertaining movie that works. Most other superhero movies that have tried similar feats have failed (Batman v. Superman, Spider-man 3). There are some great special features as well, it is worth the purchase. I've already watched the film 3 of 4 times. Cheers!
