Love this movie, looked great in 4K. Wish Marvel would put these out in Dolby Vision

This was the start to a great trilogy. Winter soldier is still the best of the 3 though

Just the 4k is all thats really new. The steelbook is the same art as regular bluray.

I purchased "Captain America: The First Avenger" because the thailer got me hooked. I thought it looked great in the trailer but when I watched the film, I loved it! The thing that really impressed me was how they shrunk Steve Rogers down for the beginning. This was smart! Why? Because when he became "big" as Captain America he used his real well built muscular body. It looks so much more realistic instead of overly big like Batman's padded suit. This is a great movie with a great story & it will keep you watching. Highly recommended!

With Best Buy releasing these 4K Blu-ray steelbooks, I've gone back and visited some of the early Marvel movies. I was really surprised by how GREAT this movie was! Winter Soldier is still my #1 or #2 Marvel movie, even after Infinity War/Endgame... But as Marvel continues to amaze us with the spectacular visuals and cosmic battles, it was really a treat to visit this origin story where the interesting characters were the driving force of the film.

This is a terrific and old fashioned movie which has the origin of Captain America.

Love the Captain america series and now have all three in 4k. Awesome steelbook.

I personally like this flick the most out of the MCU. I'm a WWII buff, and used to read the comics as a kid (I'm 70). I have watched Captain America more time than I can remember, and enjoy every view. It's really the first chapter in the "Infinity Stones" cycle. I don't often buy 4K, but I upgraded my Blu-ray as these BIG, action films REALLY pop out the details. I DID wait till it was on sale.

Captain America is a fun, action-packed movie that introduces us to a classic hero within an alternate World War 2 period. Steve Rodgers is a physically unintimidating man with a heart incredible enough to catch the eye of the man heading up the Super Soldier program. Over the course of the movie we see Rodgers transform into Captain America and play a vital role in the fight against Hydra. The movie is action-packed, and the cast fits their roles perfectly. Anyone interested in superhero or even just action movies would be well served to pick up this title.

Nice case at regular 4k disc price. Good deal as it contained the usual 4k, blu-ray and digital copy. The movie for me is my favourite of all the Captain America movies as you get to know more about the hero and what makes him tick. The 4k version is slightly better than the standard blu-ray and for me, I prefer it. The digital copy is also UHD and it too was delivered well from a streaming device. Overall an excellent purchase.
