Known as the weakest of the 3 Captain America movies but in my opinion is still somewhere in the Top 10 of all Marvel movies. Great introduction for the character into the Marvel Universe.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable movie. The cast is well picked and the story flows nicely. I was hooked to it from the start and it kept my attention throughout. It changed my view of Captain America completely. Looking forward to more movies about this legendary comic character!

I think the movies in Phase 1 are starting to be overlooked abit now that the MCU has released over 15 movies since 2008. It's all about the team-ups and sequels now. But Captain America is one of the best in the franchise in my opinion. I love how they were able to capture the look and feel of the 1940's so well. MCU movies are known for their CGI and sound design, however, they should be commended for the great job they did on hair and wardrobe in this film.

Great movie...The transfer for this 4K disc could have been better.. If I had known I would have stayed with the blu ray 1080p disc.

Captain America: The First Avenger, is a solid start to a trilogy of movies that go far and beyond with Chris Evans and his character. It’s a great beginning to Captain America films in the MCU and also a sufficient tie-in into the Avengers.

My favorite Marvel blu-ray set! Just wish Best Buy would complete the series in the same art style. Missing Thor 3 and Black Panther!!! Common Beat Buy, we know you have it in you!

As far as superhero movies go, this falls somewhere in the middle. Not the worst, but far from the best. It's worth a watch tho.

I bought this as I've been into the Marvel movies since they came out. It was nice to see the beginning of how Captain America came about. It was also a nice reminder of how patriotic our American Citizens use to be & how drastically we now fall short on it.

This movie brought my comic books to life. I bought the blu-ray with digital copy so that I could put the copy in my VUDU library. My 4K player and 4K TV upscale the blu-ray to 4K. It was like being a part of the movie. Fantastic!

Love the movie! Quality is great and comes in great condition! Being a Marvel fan I definitely needed to have this for my collection and it didn’t disappoint! 100% would recommend!

As Cap's first film, this one shines in many ways IMO. I very much enjoyed the WW2 setting and how Steve Rogers became the super solider we all know and love. A great cast of characters also livens up the film. Highly recommended.

I really dont like captain america, but bought this for hubby sooo happy they still have this kinda copy other big retailers didnt. I ordered this online and it was ready to pick up from store within 30 minutes, very with the service

I couldn't find this movie in stock anywhere except Best Buy. I wanted to get it for my mom for Mother's Day and we do not live near a Best Buy. I ordered it for in store pick up, added my sister as pick up person and even used my $5 reward towards it. No sweat!

Searched all over for this movie--lost it during a move. Did not want to pay Amazon, so I took a chance and went to BB and found it. Everyone was very nice. Love this SH store.

This was a good movie the whole family could enjoy. It looked great being up-scaled to near 4k. A true 4k Blu-ray player and SUHD 4k TV makes all great flicks look even better. Grew up on Captain America so this was a treat better then the movies.

This was a great action movie with a nice storyline and introduction of the Captain America character. Chris Evans does a wonderful job with the character. If you like action, special effects, and a little romance tension thrown in for grins you will like this movie.

With all the fantastical characters in the Avengers, I never thought Captain America would end up being my favorite. With a tight story and an exemplar supporting cast, this is one to own. And my wife likes Chris Evan's butt. That's really why we bought it.

Love the MCU movie saga! Excellent movie with great content and great special effects. Well balanced storylines with perfectly timed comic relief sequences! Glad this is now in 4K!

Captain America is the classic Avenger of the Marvel Universe. As the movie itself says, he is the first Avenger and this movie does an excellent job of setting up his story. Unlike some of the other Marvel movies, this one focuses a little bit more on character development than on wam bam action. Though the overall plot is a bit predictable and the villain somewhat cookie cutter, especially when compared to the excellent sequel Winter Soldier, this movie entertains in all the right places.
