A huge step forward for the Marvel Universe! As much as I loved the original Captain America film, this one is even better. Chris Evan personifies this character so perfectly that I could not imagine any other actor up to the task of playing our noble Cap. I kept hearing about how this film is inspired by 70s era espionage thrillers and I can tell you it fits right in that genre with the best of them, only it adds a superhero, big budget feel to it. I don't believe it's a coincidence that Robert Redford, who starred in many of the films that this one pulls from, is placed in a very prominent role as Nic Fury's boss, Alexander Pierce. The action scenes are second to none in this. It was full of those stand up and cheer moments as the film held the audience in the palm of its hand. I can't go to far into anything without spoilers, so I will just say this sets up a very interesting road that will lead into Avengers 2. We get to know Black Widow better this time around and Scarlett Johansson has gotten very comfortable in the role of the deadly assassin. I love the way they bring the Winter Soldier into the mix. Whenever he shows up in the film, he's like a Terminator, tearing through everything in his path and making it a bad day for anyone on the side of good. His character arc, while a bit predictable, is very entertaining and give Captain America a great obstacle to overcome. It doesn't look like the well is running dry for Marvel anytime soon. They keep going deeper with this cinematic universe experiment that has paid off in spades. If you've enjoyed the ride they have taken you on thus far with all our heroes, you will undoubtedly have a ball with Captain America: The Winter Soldier!

Very nice looking Steelbook! Not too noisy or jarring. The design is nice and it’s aesthetically pleasing to have the movies matching!

The movie is excellent. The steelbook looks amazing. 4k video is probably a 4/5. If you love this movie then it’s the one to pick up.

This is hands down the best marvel film in the entire series. Love every second of it. This is a must have or any 4k Movie collector.

This is a great movie. I already had it in blu ray but had to buy the 4K version since it’s so good. Winter Soldier kicks butt. Worth buying

The second Captain America movie. 4K makes all the great Marvel movies even better to watch at home. The special effects never disappoint!

Marvel captain America was really exciting. The action was extremely motivated. The characters were also very deserving for outstanding movie.

This is Marvel at it's finest in story telling. Movie is entertaining from beginning to end. Full of action, superb special effects and charm.

Arguably one of the best MCU films out of them all, this comes in a nice shiny new steelbook package including the 4k disc. Highly recommended

Good story with great acting from the cast. Would recommend to watch to get the over all story of the Marvel line up to Infinity War/End Game

When the Russo Bros took over they came out with a bang. Combining Cap and the Bourne movies into one of the best superhero films of all time

Love the theatrical poster use for these set of steelbooks. Also goes great with the other releases to make up a great steelbook trilogy set.

This movie is less of a superhero movie, and more of a spy-thriller, and It is all the better for it. I enjoy watching this movie over and over.

I don't want to spoil anything & my joy alone might not convince you to buy this. So? How to describe it best? Allow me to tell you that this film's plot is SO surprising that it will be amazing if they can maintain the level they've set for themselves in subsequent Avengers & any other films following it. Younger ones might be shaken watching it as the body count in it is only surpassed by Cecile B. Demille himself. Cap is coming to grips with life in the 21st century (he carries a notepad for stuff to check out-freeze frame it). However he starts to have misgivings about feeling like Nick Fury's "personal janitor" in an early hostage rescue mission made worse when someone he trusts acts untrustworthy. However, when the real betrayals begin, his world is turned upside down & our hero becomes a hunted fugitive from S.H.E.I.L.D. when he tries to uncover the truth after the Russian master assassin known as the Winter Soldier appears. To win this battle, Captain America will likely have to lose everything. There are some VERY poignant & charming moments scattered throughout that make for a tremendous emotional rollercoaster ride of highs & lows featuring several "reveals" that might reward a few fans that have said "I told ya so" to everyone. Stan Lee's cameo is adorable. Two easter eggs in the credits but no commentary track in my single disc BluRay's extras or a Marvel One Shot mini film either (boo-I really love them all). Bottom line; IF you're a fan of the Merry Marvel Marching Society & have waited decades for this film (& the others) to finally come to be, you MUST add it to your collection. You won't be disappointed.

Great movie. Adding a couple more the the 4K steelbook want list. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series box set, and Count of Monte Cristo

It looks awesome, movie is great, picture is perfect if you watch on 4K, blacks are awesome and all details are taken in consideration.
