This is a great movie! Adding it to my collection of Marvel movies!

The movie is awesome and you can read from other reviews. I would like to share my thoughts about the steelbook. Nice artwork front and back. Even inside has artwork! The case is matted finish. Some people like matted, some like glossy. De-bossed on the title- nice touch. The case feel bit flimsy, not sure why. Some cases known to have problem closing where it does not align right. Come with Blu ray 3D, Blu ray and digital copy (sorry, no DVD). No design on disc, just plain blue. Overall, Good movie, good collectible case.

4k is the only way to see this movie now! And the movie is awesome!

In the Captain America trilogy, this is the 2nd best of the series.

It was a good movie to watch especially if you like marvel movies

I love all the Captain America movies. They are all very entertaining.

I enjoyed this Captain America better than the original one from a few years back because the action was able to start right away without having to show too many flashback scenes in order to build characters. By now, in the Marvel series of movies, viewers have been able to learn about these character's backgrounds throughout multiple movies and also partially through the Marvel Agents of Shield TV series. Which is another feature I enjoyed a lot about this movie. The TV series Marvel Agents of Shield had a couple of episodes that tied in almost directly to the movie. It's cool how immersive they have come with this franchise. I don't know if it has been done before or not but I enjoy how the TV series ties into the movies and how they all follow a sort of timeline that all goes back to the timeframe when the first avengers movie takes place. But don't worry about anything if you haven't watched the TV series, you won't be in the dark about anything major that occurs in this movie.

I love all the Marvel films, but this Captain America is one of my favorites if not my absolute favorite. I love having the SteelBook packaging. I drove over 100 miles to get it. I learned my lesson to pre-order and get it shipped to me or pick up in my local store. My local store had sold out in 1 day and I searched for one and finally found it over 100 miles away. They only had one copy and I was able to get up there and pick it up at the service desk. I got extremely lucky. Remember, Pre-Order.... don't miss out!

An attack on a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague throws Rogers into a web of intrigue that places the whole world at risk. If you like to see captain america kick butt, you need to watch this awesome movie.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is not only a great sequel but perhaps the best standalone Marvel Studios film to date. Trust me, I don't say that lightly. I wasn't overly fond of the Captain's first feature, and my reaction to most of the Marvel Studios films has been mixed. With that in mind, coming out of the theater I have to say 'The Winter Soldier' isn't only a great superhero movie, a great standalone Marvel Studios film, but that Captain America: The Winter Soldier may even be better than The Avengers!

Above and beyond the original film, Winter Soldier plunges us deep inside the inner workings of SHIELD and reveals a frightening twist that will impact the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. For those who are fans of the home version (Agents of Shield) of the MCU, the twists and turns of Winter Soldier won't come as much of a shock, for everyone else however... Samuel L Jackson's Nick Fury finally gets his due with ample screen time and plot focus; the same for Scarlett Johannsen's Black Widow. In fact with the addition of Cap's long time comic book partner Falcon, Captain America could almost be considered a background character, almost. There is alot to like about CA:TWS it has lots of action, intrigue and comic book fun to be had. Be sure to watch the credits for some neat stuff. If you're a fan of Marvel in any way then it's a no brainer, purchase immediately as it's essential to the overall story as it unfolds. If you're just a casual fan then a rental is all you need.

Definitely the best of the Cap origins. Great action all around.

I think this is an ok movie, but the steelbook case is gorgeous!

When this movie was in theatres, friends of mine who had seen it told me it was better than "The Avengers." I found that statement very hard to believe because A) "The Avengers" was so good, it would be hard to beat and B) The first Captain America movie left a lot to be desired. I did see the movie in the theatre, and while I can't say it's better, it is right up there with "The Avengers." I have never pre-ordered a DVD or Blu-Ray before its release, but this time I did! Don't bother renting this one, buy it!

Winter soldier combines great action and comedy with some military/political intrigue. Showcases Captain America's abilities and struggles acclimated to a new time. Just great characterization with developing relationships with other characters. Nice story arc which continues to build on all the previous marvel universe movies. It's also nice to see a straight up hero in action as opposed to an antihero. Only complaint is these releases r getting inclusive. This is only the bluray, no dvd or digital download.

I'm a fan of the Marvel Universe and have been for ages, and love to see them tying all of these characters together. I have been waiting for awhile for this to come to DVD, and was troubled by how the TV show "Agents of Shield" left things at the end of the season, biased on this movie which I hadn't seen at the time. It now all makes sense though, and I am really looking forward to the next Avenger's movie. It is a shame the other Marvel Movie Characters haven't been able to tie in with the Avengers more.

Nice collectors item with the Captain America Steel Book set!!!

This movie surpassed my expectations! Much better than the first Captain America movie. And I loved the spy espionage theme/direction that this movie took on. Just had a much different tone and feel than part 1 and the rest of the Marvel Studios movies to date. To have Black Widow accompany Captain America on this mission provided a good supporting cast backbone to the movie. The scene going down the escalator with the PDA would be a take that I would mess up on purpose in order to have multiple takes.
