I've watched this in the theater long time ago. I really like it a lot. This 'SteelBook' edition was actually free from BestBuy when I bought two 4K movies (buy two get one free sales event during the holiday times). This is now my collection, and of all the Captain America series, to me this is the best film being created. Highly recommended.

Chris Evans reprises his roll as Capt. America. There is allot to like here. The movie rolls through at what seems a perfect pace; in that it hits it's que's, never really letting down the story, to jump from one action scene to the next. The new characters are well explained, so that the audience never really feels they have missed something, by not watching all the movies in the Marvel wheelhouse. It was very enjoyable!

The Russo brothers broke into the MCU with this spectacular sequel to Captain America. This UHD presentation is a subtle but noticeable improvement to the previous Blu-Ray (also included with the set), especially thanks to the HDR and color improvements. The special steelbook edition is available only at Best Buy in limited quantities.

I was never a big fan of Captain America. I thought the first Captain America had a good story and the action scenes were okay considering the main character's limited powers. This movie,however, exceeded my expectations and did a great job of showcasing why Captain America is a super soldier. The movie not only has intense action scenes and an interesting story, it also has me actually looking forward to a new Captain America movie.

Arguably the best standalone Marvel film since the first Iron Man. I have several of these Steel Box editions of other movies. They are excellent for collecting and displaying. Only drawback is that the digital copy is iTunes format and not Ultraviolet. I use VUDU to stream my digital copies. I added it to my collection for a minimal cost. All in all, if you can get a hold of a Steel Box of this or any film, it's definitely worth it.

This movie is a great follow up not only to the First Captain American Movie, but the entire Avengers series. We especially like the tie in to the Marvel Agents of SHEILD series. Being fans of the movies and the show, seeing the movie in sequence with the show was fantastic! I do not know if it was originally planned that way, but it worked for me and my family. We can’t wait till the next installment of the Captain American Series.

After Avengers, I wondered where Marvel would go with these stand-alone superhero sequels. So far, I feel like Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World have fallen a bit flat…but Captain America: The Winter Soldier is clearly a winner. With a solid story having to do with the corrupted inner-workings at Shield--and a friend/foe from Cap's past--this sequel feels right. The acrobatic action scenes are a visual treat and the actors do a great job portraying their respective roles (I like how we get to see Nick Fury's more vulnerable side). Even though everything comes together well here, I still felt like I wanted a bit more. Perhaps I was deterred by the hokey way that everyone was prepared for every situation and escaped so easily…I don't know. Nitpicks aside, this is still a very solid superhero movie. 4/5 stars.

Solid flick from Marvel Studios, the characters were well balanced and the storyline was engaging. The product arrived in a timely fashion, albeit living in Alaska usually requires 2-3 more business days than it would should I be living in the lower 48. Either way, satisfied with purchase and shipping, only bummer about it was not many bonus features, perhaps there will be another release down the line (as Disney is so known to do).

Captain America The Winter Soldier is one of the best comic book movies made yet and rnks right up there with The Avengers but for being so different but just as good.The film is a 70's style political thriller done as a superhero movie.The MCU is really branching out now doing different types of movies in the superhero genre.The only disappointment is the special features aren't as plentiful although it has a great audio commentary.

Even if your not a fan of Marvel, Captain America The Winter Soldier is one of the greatest films of all time! It's humorous, full of action and has it's surprises that leave you in awe. And with this 3D/Blu-Ray/Digital copy you won't be disappointed! So pop some corn, sit back and enjoy this twisted adventure. Plus, the best part about having a digital copy is that, even on the go you can watch it on your phone, kindle, laptop exc..

I'm a huge fan of Captain America and love watching this iconic character each and every time. I seen C-A Winter Soldier in theaters when it first came out and was very impressed with this second movie and couldn't wait for it's BluRay DVD release. Now that I own it I couldn't be happier. Very clear picture and audio. I'm pleased with my purchase. My MARVEL movie collection has expanded even more. Great price from Best Buy aswell!

This movie picks up with a post "Avengers" movie Captain America in Washington D.C. as a member of SHIELD. Without spoiling anything, it really gets into Steve learning what he's missed and coming to terms with the current state of the world as opposed to what he came from. Favorites Nick Fury and Black Widow return. We are also finally introduced to Falcon. This is, in my opinion, the best of the individual Marvel character movies!

This film is amazing! It's my favorite marvel movie to date! The film looks gorgeous in both 2D and 3D. The special features in this blu-ray were a bit disappointing, but that doesn't affect value of this Blu-ray 3D - Blu-ray pack whatsoever. If you're looking for a movie to buy, go with Captain America: The Winter Soldier. You won't be disappointed. Pro tip: I recommend watching Agents of SHIELD season 1 after watching this movie..

This was highly my most anticipated comic-book movie of 2014 and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. The Winter Soldier starts off good and end off so many answer I love how the tone of this movie was less humor more action and great story telling, the Russo brothers are excellent directors and can't wait for the 3rd installment but I have to say the end-credit scene was amazing looking forward to Avengers: Age Of Ultron

This one is not as good as some of the other Avengers movies. Story line is rather confusing. The "winter soldier" is not introduced until some time into the movie, so we thought that that character was Captain America, but it is not.

The first Captain America film was fantastic! This film carries on in the same vein, but only now in the present day as the Captain tries to deal with a new life, technology and catching up on history. See if you can notice all the topics he notes down to further study in his little notebook in the beginning of the film! Every country that this film was shown in has a different list of subjects! Great film and worth your time

Best Buy has done a great job with this Steelbook. I am particular about quality, and was not let down with this product. The embossing on the front was minimal, but well done. I like what they did with the spine as well as the artwork on the inside of the covers. Great package, especially having the 3D disc inside! I wish that all of Best Buy's Steelbooks were done with this attention to detail and quality. Well done, Best Buy!

When the Avengers movie was over, the world was upside down. This story picks up from there and explains some things that blend from the Agents of Shield series. From lie to lie, the Captain has to unfold the story of what happened after he crashed in the first movie. How Hydra found it's way into Shield and leaves the world in a mess when it's over. A great watch and a brilliant tie into the on going saga of The Avengers.

Marvel phase one, while mostly successful, carried with it a pretty heavy learning curve on the way to The Avengers. Luckily, every part of the franchise as part of phase two have improved upon its predecessor by leaps and bounds. Winter Soldier manages to be a Bourne style spy thriller while maintaining the Marvel universe continuity (as well as feeding integral plot threads into the stumbling first season of Agents of SHIELD)

I've read so many critiques of 3-D, complaining that the technology is disappointing and unexciting or uncomfortable and unwieldy. The so-called experts are flat wrong. They could not have seen Caprain America. This 3-D blu-Ray put me right in the middle of the mind-bending, non-stop action of another well-told Marvel tale. I was enthralled by the experience and, at some point, I forgot that I was wearing 3-D specs.
