Captain America was a feast of Great Story Telling, along with Incredible acting, technology(computer graphics), and AMAZEMENT!!! Captain America: Winter Soldier, followed suit!! You don't need to see the first to enjoy the second, BUT...........Why wouldn't you??

Most movies today are released in DVD, Blu-Ray, Digital Edition, and maybe Blu-Ray 3-D. Most of the big movies, and in fact every other movie I've purchased in the last year+ has had a combo pack with a DVD Copy, Blu-Ray copy, AND the digital download. Disney did not offer this combination, which was disappointing. I chose this package because it included the digital copy I can view on-line, but I had to sacrifice the DVD, which I can play on more machines than I can a Blu-Ray. Very disappointing.

The first one was great, but this one really took off. I will admit, I wasn't expecting to be thrilled like I was, but I couldn't help it. The action was superb. The acting was top-notch. The humor was there. The biggest thing I took away from the movie was that it was smart and compelling. It drew you in and made you want to dig deeper into the characters. Definitely the best Phase II movie yet. Far better than Iron Man 2 and absolutely better than Thor 2. Highly recommend this movie.

I only watched the first movie once in theaters and wasn't that impressed, but this one was much better and held my interest. I saw it twice in theaters and had to buy the dvd. Best Buy matched the lowest price on Amazon, and I walked out of the store very happy.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is an excellent follow-up to the first Captain America movie. From beginning to end this movie is action-packed and full of surprises. You will not be disappointed. If you enjoyed the first one then you absolutely love this one.

We loved this in the theater and just had to buy it and add to our collection. We bought it as a birthday gift for our son. We were disappointed not to find it in a Blu Ray/DVD combo since that is his favorite. Lots of fun characters and action. Good for all ages.

I thought the first Captain America was a really solid movie but I feel that Winter Soldier definitely topped it. I was happy with the story and the different directions it took me. Good job developing different characters and it left me excited for the next one.

This is one of the best marvel films with an amazing cast and plays out like a spy film. I would highly recommend this to anyone even those who aren't keen on comic book films.

Pre-ordered online, picked it up on release day, nice and easy. A very good movie in its own right, made even better if you're following along with the whole Marvel Universe. As good, if not better than the First Avenger. 3D wasn't the best, but it was well done.

I love this movie, Most likely you have seen it, it was a summer blockbuster. It's a great action movie worthy of multiple viewings. If you watch the Marvel Agents of Shield TV show and have not seen this you must get it as it is a major plot point for the show.

I like the sturdiness of the steelbook cases. I don’t normally buy them because they’re typically much more expensive but I was able to get several on sale for cheaper than just a Blu-ray alone.

Best marvel movie yet and just great overall. Chris Evans really is Captain America. The acting by everyone throughout the movie is great. The story is tight and gripping. And I think the Winter Soldier is a very interesting enemy for Cap. Can't wait for Part 3.

This is a great sequel to Captain America's story. Fits well with where the marvel universe is going while at the same time is able to hold its own as it continues the story of Steve Rogers. It is a good movie for the whole family to watch.

I will be honest, I did not like the first Captain America movie much, but WOW was the second one outstanding! The Winter Soldier is one of the coolest villains ever. His first sequence in the movie is superb and sets the tone for the rest of the movie! Bravo!

Captain America's second solo outing happens to be one of the best of the Marvel cinematic universe. Amazing action sequences, intense performances by Evans and Johansen and a surprisingly sophisticated plot make this a must have for your home collection.

Captain america is my favorite marvel character and the winter soldier portrays captain america at his best. I purchased winter soldier before I head out and watch civil war. The 3D effects are good recommend this movie to all captain america fans

Excellent movie, even better than the first Capt. America movie (which was fantastic). Lots of action and great characters. Very good story and fast moving. The picture and special effects were great. A must for all comic book fans to have in their collections.

Bought this during Black Friday deals at a great price. Shipping was very fast, and arrived on time. Haven’t watched the disc yet, but everything looks to be in good condition.

Great movie, loads of action. The Disney brand usually don't drop prices so that was a pleasant surprise; great value was an added bonus! I like the Captain America series and in my opinion this is the best movie of them all. I'll most likely purchase a few more of the Marvel brand if the price point remains, I really enjoy the Super Hero stuff!
