    The Captain goes against the constitution that he upholds when Shield has been turned into the new Hydra and also faces another super soldier in the former of the Winter Soldier.

    Really, it's a very good movie. But they could have trimmed the epic battle at the end a LOT. But some people are really into such things and for them that would be a big plus!

    By far not my favorite Marvel Universe movie. However it does fill in some over-arching plot details in the MU movies and there is plenty of action.
