I love the steel case have upgraded them all to 4k with the nice case

Don’t remember Captain Marvel being a woman in the comics. Interesting twist for the movie. Kind of slow moving movie.

This film gives us a nice back story for Nick Fury. It fills in some gaps that the other marvel films left open.

Here is another comic book movie that wasn't done to badly considering unless we want to actually PAY FOR and SIT thru a 4 or 5 hour movie to actually get the FULL comic book story, this wasn't done to badly. Sure there was some flaws, but again, considering the time constraints for movies, movie guidelines today, people willing to sit in theaters (unless we bring back intermissions, pay for the ticket prices for 4 and 5 movies, etc.) this was not a bad comic book movie. Again, this is just my opinion and you don't have to agree with it and I don't have to agree with yours. I would recommend to anyone who loves Marvel as it does explain how she came to be in the Marvel world and doesn't do to bad of a job doing it.

Not having a basic understanding of the character made the interlaced flashbacks made difficult to understand who she was. That reflected her perspective. Only nearing the end of the movie did it mesh together to full comprehension that she was not Kree and that she had been given extraordinary power that they had been suppressing. She discovers that she's been fighting for the wrong side!

Fun flick set in the 1990's. Brie Larson does a good job as the main character. Deaged Colson and Fury a bit creepy​
