According to the comics she is the strongest avenger. I was expecting epic battles & off the chart powers (not shown until the end). In this movie Capt. Marvel seems prone to fail at everything but still confident & unaware of who she is almost the entire movie. In Avengers Endgame she is great. Movie is good though

The steelbook looks great, but by the time I'm writing this, I also have the Endgame steelbook, and I'm concerned because both of these releases seemed to have been over-printed. I have collected a great many steelbooks, most of which sell out before noon on release day. Both of the aforementioned movies are still available at my local Best Buy store. That aside, I do feel this movie went out of its way to remind everyone that the titular hero is female. We can all see that, and most folks don't really care--no new ground was truly broken [see: DC/Warner's Wonder Woman], it was just an opportunity for the marketing team at Disney to make a big deal about a new character that few people know or care about. I get it. But to prop up this character by boasting that she's more powerful than any of the heroes we already know and love? That's gratuitous pandering.

As Marvel introduces Capt Marvel to the MCU, they did so with a huge BANG!!!! This action packed film gives you everything you could ever want in the latest member of The Avengers before she even meets the team, and she's everything!!!!

I took my eight year old daughter to see this movie and we both enjoyed it. She couldn't wait for it to come out on DVD. I like that it has the 4K, regular DVD and Digital versions. My daughter can watch the digital version on her tablet.

This is a cool movie. I did not know much of the character's backstory but I found it an enjoyable journey to discover her. I found it amusing to see the references I recognize from the past - public telephone, blockbuster, etc.

This is a fun origin because not only do we get to see Captain Marvel's origin but also how Nick Fury became who is is today and how Captain Marvel set him on that path. Great FX as always and appropriately good acting for the genre.

I really enjoy the collection of Steelbook movies. But the new avenger character was protrayed in a growing force which all the avengers have brought to adventure. If you missed the movie in the theater you need to enjoy this super hero.

As state in the title Captain Marvel builds on a wonderful Marvel franchise. I enjoyed the story and all the actors did a great job of blending humor and action together. Definitely worth adding to the collection if you are a Marvel fan.

I thought the film was good. Not the best Marvel film but still a fun film to watch. We can get a view at how Shield came to be and the idea for Avengers also we see how fury really lost his eye. Steelbook is OK art work looks nice but it could be better as its kind of bland Overall I say give the film a shot.

Great origin movie featuring a female hero...finally!! Nick Fury / Samuel Jackson is front and center in a brilliant turn as costar, and explains a lot about what made Fury into the leader he is in the MCU. Love the collector steelbook!

I don't know why people have been saying it wasn't good. I mean does it seem like the producer never saw any of the other marvel movies, yes. There are some minor loop holes, but I haven't seen anything major. So all in all I enjoyed it.

This was a good flick. It didn't tie into the rest of the universe as much as the hype would have led us to believe; I would have expected her part in End Game to have been larger than it was. But, still good. Love the cat. Thought Brie did good, and also liked having Coulson and Fury as supporting characters.

Great story & a top notch transfer. Audio is outstanding. The 4K version is visibly superior. I’m a 3D fan, so also getting that version from the U.K. I was a bit surprised that Best Buy did not offer the 3D version / they lost a sale.

I had to have this DVD in my movie library because this was Marvel's entry into providing a female hero to the MCU. It was a pretty good movie and I had to have it so I could look at it again and view the extras that come with a DVD.

What can you say about this awsome Marvel movie? Except you must be a fool not to watch this movie in 4K. Beautiful colors. Amazing sound and graphics. God I still miss Stan Lee.

As the title line says, this is a great camera for beginners! It's also a very good movie that I liked better the second time I saw it as opposed to the first time in theatre. But man, Marvel, why no in-depth special features anymore?

This is an excellent and fun filled superhero movie. The writing and characters interactions are superb. The special effects and action scenes are also well paced in balancing character development and keeping the audience engaged.

We enjoyed Captain Marvel very much. A fun adventure and character story weaving what happened decades ago into a single moment in Avengers: Infinity War. The story of recapturing ones identity and power (and not just the superpowers).

I dont know what all the haters are saying. This is a good marvel movie..Of course there isnt really a bad MCU movie (yet) and cant beat Infinity or Endgame but it is on par with all the other marvel movies..Watch out for the Flerken!!

This is an fun, surprising and thoroughly entertaining introduction to one of the MCU's most powerful new players. Brie Larson is awesome, and Ben Mendehlson is gives an all-time weird performance. My family LOVES and adores this film.
