A must watch for all little girls to see how a woman can be a hero. This character is actually the most equipped super hero in the universe to fight evil and win!!! As a woman, it is exciting to see how this movie embodies attributes of this woman character has dignity, strength, power, and respect while being so powerful on so many levels. A must watch. Thanks

I’m not much of a Marvel/Comic Book style movie person although after really digging into the vault of Dolby Atmos and ultra high definition 4k. The details and sound that this movie projects is bind blowing. If you love everything there is about Home theater and extreme visual this movie is a must have for your collection.

I'm a big Marvel Fan,..full stop! So when I initially heard a lot of on-line bad-mouthing of Captain Marvel when it came up,..I thought,..when maybe some fanboys are feeling the encroachment of their boy's only genre, and I'm a guy. The film critics that I read and respect,..all seemed to approaching their review and criticism of the movie with care,..and pre-amble to not seem critical. Overrall, I paid no mind and waited until the DVD release, so I can approach the movie with an open mind. Sadly, I must say,..I see what the critics were trying to say,..without saying it,..it's a bit dis-jointed and uneven film that lacks a more solid foundation, follow-through, and execution,..especially as an origin movie. That was just the story and direction. As for Brie Larson as Captain Marvel in the part,..for me,..she did not capture the character and or the personality needed for Captain Marvel. Unlike Gal Gadot in Wonder Woman, Brie Larson was nowhere near the mark. She was mis-cast. Wonder Woman was a far superior movie. Gal Gadot nailed it as WW, and both the story, and direction were perfect! I rather watch WW over again, than Captain Marvel any day. Save your money, and wait until Captain Marvel hits cable. Nuff Said!

This movie was fun, had some good 90’s nostalgia tied into the soundtrack, outfits, and set pieces. Good beginning origin story of the marvel cinematic universe itself that explains how Nick Fury and Captain Marvel tie into the bigger picture (and what happened to Nick Fury’s eye). Solid action scenes! She’s really powerful. Picture and sound quality are great on both 4K and Blu Ray. Steel book is pretty cool. Overall, not Avengers level quality on the story, but still a fun time for the family.

Service is always great no complaints. I brought the 4K version of the film, but the digital download was an HD one. When picking up your disk find out how do u remedy this problem.

This movie was not as good as I expected it would be. Most Marvel movies are outstanding. This one wasn't bad, but the story just didn't grab you in the same way that most do.

Love this film and it shoehorns very nicely into the existing Marvel Cinematic Universe. I would recommend watching this before Avengers Endgame, if possible, in order to properly appreciate the character of Captain Marvel (she is a game changer). You are getting a physical copy as well as a digital copy, so this is an excellent value as opposed to just buying a digital copy.

Captain Marvel is a decent movie but compared to the other Marvel movies it was lacking. It's worth a watch but it would be smart to wait to purchase this movie at a lower price.

We've enjoyed this movie many times since we purchased it. Brie Larson is fantastic as Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers. Her playful and smart portrayal make it a joy to watch, and a fun family movie. Of course, if you don't like super-hero movies, you may not like this one, but it's not the "standard". It may actually set a new standard with its great character-building and dialogue!

Captain Marvel is an OK movie but it really doesn't help the greater MCU story along at all. It's an enjoyable watch, but that's about all. Not one of the better marvel films.

I loved the MCU's take on Carol Danvers origin story. Some reviewers said that the movie started off slow for them, not for me. I was interested in how they were going to unfold her origin story as well as seeing what their take was on how she got her powers. I thought it was well done. I enjoyed the movie from beginning to end. Can't wait until we get to see Captain Marvel in Endgame!

The movie is fun to watch and has some great throw backs to the 90s. Not what I would call an excellent movie but it fills out the avengers world and sets the stage for End Game.

The movie wasn't spectacular, it was a little slow in the middle. But, it's a necessary connector between the two biggest Marvel movies made to date, Infinity War and Endgame.

as I said before my girl made me get this movie I didn't want to get it. I don't like the woman playing Captain Marvel. so blame my wife if you get this movie and don't like it

Good origin movie. Slow at times, not quite as good as I expected. Worth a watch, unless your a marvel collector and need every movie I would skip this one and just rent it.

Don't understand the hate, gotta admit. I am a huge fan of comic book movies and older comics and was entertained by the movie. I know some people don't like the gender switching but it didn't bother me as I didn't consider Captain Marvel as one of my favorite characters growing up. Movie is light and easily rewatchable. I was entertained!

Not my favorite of the marvel movies but worth owning. Good to have a strong female character but maybe trying too hard to make her funny makes it fall flat at times.

Not as epic as many other Marvel entries, but it is still entertaining enough. I collect them all but if you don't, you can just rent it or watch it in a streaming service.

Different then I expected. This actress seemed a little stiff doing the part, so it was kind of hard getting into her character sometimes. Do love the humor that these Marvel movies have incorporated into the stories!! The cat was awesome, and seeing how Nick Fury received his eye patch was a nice touch. Really have enjoyed these Marvel movies and hope there is more to come.... Gotta love Stan Lee.... he will be missed!!!!

I really didn't know what to expect with this movie and rolled the dice. Looks like the dice weren't that friendly to me this time, as I found this character, movie and story line to be quite boring. The actors in this movie were rather weak, the story line was muddled and the character was a bit boring. I would rate it among the worst Marvel movies to date. Save your money, buy something you know is solid.
