Not my favorite out of the mcu but its worth a watch

Would have been much easier to review the movie if I hadn't waited 4 weeks for it to show up, only to get an email from Best Buy that they were cancelling the order. Ordered it on 11/24, got the cancellation on 12/26. Made for a great Christmas gift.

If it's for made as a stand alone movie it probably would have been acceptable. When they try to bring it into the Marvel universe I think they are writing themselves into a hole. Captain Marvel is too powerful and the character is not very likable.

Look, I'm as liberal as the next...well liberal, but when my entertainment is preaching social justice and cramming it in my face, I tune out. Ironic since most extreme leftists and progressives complain about right wing agendas being shoved down their throat. Practice what you preach. Aside from the political agenda, this movie is about as bland and uninspired as the last few offerings from Marvel. It's dull, Brie Larson plays the lead with all of the grace and subtlety of a plank of wood, and Sam Jackson seems to be sleepwalking through his parts mugging when delivering his schicky lines. I think Marvel has tapped the well dry and I can't wait for these movies to go away.

the movie was a great value. I really ;like the steelbooks, however, when I have to have the movie shipped the steelbook ALWAYS arrives damaged ie: bent case, broken inter plastics. Probably going to stop having product shipped...ugh!!

I am actually a comic reader and seeing this was completely off the comic script was disappointing. I understand movies will often have differences from comics but this was just completely off so I found that a bit disappointing.

Just an ok entry into the MCU. I know Disney is going to make every backstory and spin off possible to maximize $$$ (case and point upcoming Black Widow Movie), but some of these characters could just be developed in the other movies.

This film was tough to follow from start to end and did not flow together at all. Too many flashbacks. All the other Avenger movies were far superior.

The product itself is great, i just bought this movie to have a complete marvel movie collection but I'm not a big fan of this movie that lacks of a good story and a charismatic protagonist. It just felt like a forced movie.

It just came across to me that Marvel and the movie producers were desperate to supple a heroine instead of heroes. She flies into outer space with no protective or breathing gear? I guess Super Girl wasn't enough.

I was really surprised this movie was so bad. I didnt like the actor that played Captain Marvel. Some of the acting by her made me cringe. She is so one dimensional. I feel this movie would have been better with a different actor.

It's not the worst movie, but I wish the movie focused more on Danvers then it did everyone else. It seemed like she was a background character who was only in it to tie the other characters together.

Not Marvel's best but still a very entertaining addition to the series. Most of all, other than Wonder Woman, this is the only stand alone female superhero film in a sea of male dominated entries

The whole family loves all the avengers movies, just bought this one at a great price on deal of the day, but...the 4k doesn't have a great image as some others. To me; the blue ray and the 4k looks the same!

If you had to sacrifice one member of the MCU to stop Thanos from getting all 6 infinity gems, who would you chose and why would it be Captain Marvel? That pretty much sums up the feelings most of the MCU fans have towards this movie. Add on top of a mediocre script, which to be honest could just have easily introduced the Green Lantern to us, Brie Larsons toxic personality towards the fandom and you get Captain Marvel. It was ok, and that is why Disney is trying to replace Brie and bring in the younger Ms. Marvel with her elongated man powers. I say bring it.

It could be better but, it is not the original captain marvel. I was hoping they went with the canonized version of the story. It could be better with the action and acting but, it is ok

this was my least favorite marvel movie. While there is some nostalgia based on time period movie takes place, i dont think it had a good enough story line compared to the other marvel movies.

Definitely not the best in Marvels portfolio but It could have been worse I guess. It’s just kinda boring. If you are looking for a good female led superhero movie check out Wonder Woman. Sorry Marvel!

I was a bit skeptical, but the movie was enteraining. I just didn't find it as good as some of the other Marvel movies, but it wasn't horrible. However, it helped Avengers: Endgame make more sense.

Good picture quality and extras. Got this on sale but not worth the FRP. Overall happy with purchase. Definitely not my favorite marvel movie hopefully the second one will be better.
