Great movie at a great price. Best Buy has a great selection of Blu Ray and DVDs. It played perfectly on my home theater system that I bought at Best Buy!

Captain Philips is a movie based on a true story that is hard to believe that it actually happen. This movie is riveting, intense, compelling and overall heart touching .

This was a good film. Followed the story on the news, so knew the way it would work out, but the film kept the suspense up and the actors were great. Enjoyed it immensely.

The film was very thrilling. Tom Hanks was fantastic in his portrayal of Captain Phillips, as was the newcomer who played the role of the Somali captain, Muse. A must see!

This is an excellent telling of the story of Captain Phillips and his encounter with Somali pirates. Even though we know the outcome, it is suspenseful and entertaining.

Just went to the Navy SEAL museum in Florida. The life boat that CAPT Phillips was rescued from was there. Bullet holes and shot-out glass to boot. Film pretty accurate.

Saw this when it first came out at the movie theater. When I saw it coming out on dvd. I had to order it. Tom Hanks is awesome in his role. You won't regret buying this.

Again, I'm in love with the Blu-ray Discs and this is such a heart breaking story to see all the danger people are actually exposed to. But what a great ending

Did not have the movie I went to get, therefore I bought Captain Phillips instead. Glad I did, it was for my husband and he really enjoyed it and so did I.

This was a great film taken from a true story. The acting was excellent and the cinematography was great. It was suspenseful and really took you "along for the ride".

The movie with tom banks is absolutely great it is riveting and interesting and is worth getting and its even cooler that its based on a true story. Totally worth it.

Excellent recreation of real-life events, as usual with an impeccable Tom Hanks and an equally excellent Barkhad Abdi. Drama, action... lot of fun. Not to be missed.

Even after watching it a second time, you can't fight the tears. Tom Hanks portrayed the character so well that you forget that it is Tom Hanks. Awesome sauce!

I heard about the story from the news but the film brought it to life. Frightening in a very realistic way. Great performance by Tom Hanks.

Sad that this didn't garner a best actor nomination for Tom. Stellar performances all around. Definitely intriguing story especially since it happened so recently.

Hanks again proves he is one of the best actors of our time. I was really impressed by the casting of "unknown" actors used to play the parts of the captors.
