I was quite surprised how good this movie was. I didnt see it in theaters, but i wash i had. Keeps your attention throughout the entire film. 5 stars all around for Captain Phillips!!!!

This movie keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish with excellent acting and cinematography. The picture quality of the Blu-ray disc is stunning.

Captain Phillips is based on a true event and this movie is awesome.

A tense action packed film. A scene towards the end is unlike anything I have seen before on film. Tom Hanks acting is what makes the scene great.

It was a great buy on Black Friday because it was cheap. Probably would have even paid full price though because it's a good movie.

This is an excellent movie and I decided to get the steel case, because hey what the heck it looks cool. The acting is really really good, especially the somali pirates. How tom hanks got snubbed for the oscars is beyond me.

The story was told without too much embellishment since the true events were exciting and full of danger as they really happened. Hanks brings the character down to Earth instead of exaggerating him to be too unbelievable.

It'll have you saying from start to finish "What's going to happen next?" throughout the entire movie. Truly captivating.

I liked this movie and it has some very heart-pounding moments as Tom Hanks and his crew try to fend off the pirates. The 3rd act I think drags on a bit and is less so but overall still definitely worth watching.

I'm a movie addict and love watching great movies and this is one of them that you will watch time and time again.

I went into this expecting nothing but the best from Tom Hanks and I was not disappointing. Story had me on edge.
