The auto-adjusting grips are forced & unnecessary.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charges well and mounting is simple but the motorized arms are the biggest downside as the buttons for them are extremely sensitive. There is no way to turn them off or lock the buttons so they're not accidentally pressed, nor is there a way to opt for manually adjusting the arms either so unfortunately you are stuck with using them.

Great Mount, a little sensitive

Nice try
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cigarette adapter didn't work, bad design, couldn't get power,tried in 2 different cars different auto maker,had to use one i had around. Touch button too sensitive accidently opened just by being near it. When going over bumpy roads and the phone moves slightly, the device no longer detects phone or it thinks you placed it in bad position, the clamps automatically opens on its own. When that happened to me, it dropped it face first onto the shift lever which is metal on my car, thought it broke my phone. Lastly, charging too slow. Wouldn't charge with case on, had to push hard onto device for it to detect phone. Should've stuck to cable charging, but really wanted the convenience of wireless charger. Will not buy wireless chargers again, Wouldn't recommend this device as it's filled with flaws.

Do not buy it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 months agi and after 2 weeks the claws sensors start playing, like releaseingvthe phone while monted and doesn’t dismount when I want to take my phone. The charger doesn’t work either. I called their customer service and they refused to exchange it or refund me.. just save your money and do not buy it
